Thrilled with my purchase, wish I had bought them sooner would recommend to anyone considering buying these. Website is very informative, I used the harness finder to buy 2 for my Boxers one who pulls. They arrived very quickly and the difference in walking my boy who pulls after one walk is phenomenal with use of the front ring. I’m very pleased with how they detach as my girl does not like having things put over her head. She stood very well for me to fit the harness.

Great company from start to finish. Helped choose the right size, quickly dispatched and support after to check it all okay. Customer service is outstanding
The harness is robust and made to excellent standard the martial is lovely too.
I have a small dog and have had issues with harnesses making him cough in the past and that is not an issue with this one. Highly recommend. Great company and great products

Fantastic product. Only wish that I'd discovered it sooner. Vastly improved lead pulling with our rescue cocker. Customer service was great. And the harness and lead look really smart too.

What a gem of a company!
Having tried and tested what felt like a bazillion harnesses since getting out crossbreed rescue stumbled across this company wish I had sooner.

Absolutely amazing customer service, sent in photos and measurements - got a very swift response requesting a bit more information to ensure we got the right size pieces.

A few days later the harness arrived and it really is the 'perfect' fit. Doesn't twists when using the front D clip and rear clip, she has had no rubbing and even better doesn't have to go over her head.

Now selling the other 1427 on Vinted!

I recently purchased a harness for my 1 year old toy poodle, having been a previous customer (around what must be about 16 years ago!). The customer service has always been excellent and I was sent different parts/sizes to try to make sure I got the perfect fit. Wonderful company and I can attest to the excellent quality of the harnesses that are made to last. Highly recommend!

Extremely good and quick customer service.
We sent in pictures to enquire about our poodle cross and found the responses to be super informative and quick.
Made a mistake with the order where we used our old address and we had a replacement order sent out free of charge.
Even when we found the fit wasn't quite right they were helpful and quickley sent out at different sized part again free of charge.

Genuinely aren't used to quick polite responses from customer service teams and can't rate this company highly enough.

On top of that the harness is pretty dam good also.

Ordered a xxs for my toy poodle and then sent pics, advised a different size was needed for girth and this was despatched the same day and arrived following day free if charge! Very good customer service via email. Harness is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Very happy with harness and my pooch is very comfortable!

Absolutely brilliant product and service.

We were unsure of the right size to order so we took advantage of the option to email a photo for advice. We felt the one we ordered was bit too big and, again, we were able to email a photo for them to check, they agreed and sent us a small one which fitted and we returned the unused parts.

Love that the harness come in three parts so you can mis and match sizes to get the right fit for your dog.

Excellent customer service and brilliant value for money.

This is the second harness bought for our dog and found the service excellent and quick to answer any queries. Even sent out multiple sections for us to try to find the perfect fit for our dog. His first harness is still fit for purpose but we wanted a spare. We like that we can have two connection points for greater security and control.

Absolutely incredible customer service! The harnesses are gorgeous as well as practical. So much so that I had only bought one for my smallest dog, ended up buying the other 4 dogs their own harnesses in their own special colours. I now have a rainbow walking in front of me.
And the best bit- you can buy new top pieces if you decide to change the colour scheme.

I’ve had such a long stressful journey with finding my dog Milo a good harness. As he’s a pug x staffy, the regular (S,M,L) harnesses never fit him correctly they were always too big or too small. I even tried harnesses that had more varied sizing and if something fit his neck area, it would be too big for his stomach! These harnesses would also put pressure on his throat when he would lunge and we believe potentially contributed to his seizure episodes. Milo’s a senior dog now and also has a bunch of joint issues, it’s actually his physiotherapist that recommended this harness to me. You were so quick to reply and Jake managed to find the best harness size for Milo.It’s the best fitting harness he’s ever had and i’m so relieved to see him move so well in whilst not putting any pressure on his throat area. The peace of mind that I have walking him now is incredible so thank you again.

My Golden Retriever has very comfortably worn the Perfect Fit Harness for two years or so. She walks off lead on all terrains including the sea on occasions. It has also been through the washing machine several times. There’s never been any issues with rubbings despite her having a sensitive skin. Just recently I had an issue with one of the fasteners and emailed their consumer service with photos for advice. They responded within 24 hours and offered to send me the strap with the damaged buckle by next day’s post. This arrived within 24 hours. I could not have asked for better customer service. Thank you so much. 🙏

I have an odd shaped little dog...big chest,a ,long body and short legs. I had tried a couple of other harnesses and had them fitted by well known pet shops but her short legs kept coming out the front of the harness. I contacted perfect fit with her measurements and a couple if photographs and they recommended a harness for her. The harness arrived quickly and we made a couple of small adjustments. The harness is fab..fits perfectly and doesn't interfere with her walking and running. The harness is well padded in the right places and the fact it is washable is a bonus because she is low to the ground and it will probably get filthy. The customer service was fantastic.
Would definitely recommend Perfect Fit to friends and family.

Honestly can't believe I didn't know about PerfectFit harness before. PerfectFit are a very comfortable harness for your dog and doesn't cause any joint pains when moving but the main thing to commend the company for is their customer service.

When I originally ordered the harness according to their size chart, the harness was rubbing against my dogs front legs. However, after getting in touch with the company, they speedily sent out the next size up and allowed me time to confer with my dog trainer on what worked for him before returning the unneeded set.

After a few months of owning it, it turns out it is a bit too big when Mantrailing as he pulls on the lead. I then got in touch with a fast response to see how to best change his pieces to fit him. They are sending out a few pieces for me to try for free until I know the actual piece I need to buy. Very considerate and helpful customer service!!

I have struggled to find a suitable harness for my rescue dog ... She is a 13 month old, very mixed breed - the wonderful combination of half greyhound/saluki mix and half french bulldog... No, I don't know how they happened either! 🤣 As you can imagine, she isn't a standard size and absolutely nothing fits her... Except the Perfect Fit harness... As advised, I emailed a photo of my dog, along with her girth measurement to Perfect Fit, and they recommended a size combination for her... And they got it right first time! We ended up with the combination of small from, medium top and large girth, and it somehow fits her perfectly! It looks like it feels more comfortable than her previous harness, which was much more bulky and stiff. The only thing I wish is that the front and girth parts had reflective webbing on, as I often walk my dog in the dark, and cars will probably see her front or side on, rather than top down, but otherwise I wouldn't change a thing! A genius, high quality product with excellent customer service, what more could you ask for?

Generally good harnesses - comfortable for the dog.

However, on two occasions I've had the front piece tear through the force of a dog pulling.

If you're thinking of buying one of these, be prepared to check the stitching near the attachment rings regularly

Harnesses are good quality and feel well made.
Delivery was fast and nothing seemed like too much trouble.

I already have a perfect fit harness for one of my dogs and needed a bigger girth piece so that our other dog could use it as a one off. I called up and was expecting to pay a fortune as I’d left it until the last minute and lots of faffing around with measurements but all I had to do was provide one measurement. As the details from a previous order were already on the system Jake worked it out for me and the piece arrived the next day. He made the process so easy. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is exceptional. Their harnesses are also designed to be comfortable for dogs and don’t restrict movement like other harnesses.

Our dog is called Basil who is a cross between a German Shepherd and a Labrador.
His first harness as a puppy belonged to our Candy who is no longer with us. Within a couple of months he had pulled the buckle off the harness due to his strength or poor stitching.
The second harness was new and Basil was now about 6 months. Again with his strength the buckle came away from the harness, just ripped the stitching to pieces.
He was now at puppy training school and his trainer recommended PerfectFit.
Service was excellent and we received Basil's new harness which fitted perfectly. It is very well padded and he looks very comfortable in it. The harness is very well made and robust and comes in three sections, all adjustable.
What I like about this harness should he pull the buckle off the harness or damage the stitching, you can simply purchase that part of the harness which is considerably cheaper than a full harness. The other two harness's were one piece. Not that I think he will be able to damage his new one in any way.
We have got him the Hi Vis Yellow which is brilliant.

We also decided to purchase the 2m Training Lead in Hi Vis Yellow. This can be altered to a number of lengths along with clipping it to the back of the harness and the other end to his chest section should he prove difficult in walking.
Basil is now 1yr old and a lot bigger aswell as stronger and I think this is the best harness we have ever purchased for one of our dogs.
