Poor ethos
I can no longer support a company with such a poor ethos. At Crufts, one of their staff members mocked and falsely accused a vulnerable young handler of using a prong on her assistance dog (you can FB search "Chloe the Assistance Dog" for proof). The staff member posted this on her social media account. The company then blocked the girl when she asked for contact details of the CEO and a more meaningful public apology. In fact, said handler only uses R+ methods and the staff member even admitted to knowing that the dog was not wearing a prong.
I shall no longer be giving Perfect Fit anymore of my hard-earned cash, nor will they be getting any recommendations.

Great company to deal with
Would highly recommend this company. When I ordered a perfect fit harness for my tibetan terrier they were extremely helpful. It took 3 attempts with different sizes but they were happy for me to keep everything until it all fitted then send back what I didn’t need. The postage was also really quick. Would definitely use them again

Offered me good advice on choosing harness for my puppy. I was even offered an option of receiving two different ones and then returning the one that does not fit for free.
