Firstly the sizing was ridiculously off.when I complained they were very slow in sendinga new size by which time they told me my 30 days were up so they would not replace they second one,which was also too small, even after sending photo and measurements XL was too small for a bichon!!!!!! So now I have 2 coats which are too small. I have offered to return them but they don't want that and now will not send me the next size. I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF I WERE YOU

The zip broke after 3 months I reached out to customer services who fobbed me off with its outside of their 30 day guarantee! The coat is not fit for purpose I will have to bin it and buy a new one. Don’t waste your money buy from a reputable company who will assist you when a problem arises.

These people are scammers.They refuse to give me a refund for a dog coat which won’t even zip up!!! Then they ask for proof with a photo to show the zip won’t do up! I order the next size up from a different company. The coat will still not fit the shape of my dog. They give me instructions on how to measure my dog. I’m nearly 80 and have had dogs all my life and I don’t need to prove this to them. They say they do not give refunds. This is against the law.

A very good price and a quality product. Ideal for dog walking. Easy to fit and remove with no tugging or problems for your best friend.

Brilliant warm, waterproof coats. They fit our dogs perfectly and are very easy to put on. We ordered them a few days before Christmas and was told due to the time of year we would expect a delay in receiving them which was expected. They arrived after a few weeks but were worth waiting for our boys look so smart in them, we have had many compliments on how lovely they look. A big thank-you from us and we will definitely recommend you to others.

Appalling customer service, I've not received my item yet, despite ordering on the 6th December. I've contacted them 3 times for an update and no response. Can't comment on the quality as I've not actually received it yet! What I do get is a daily email, telling me about their latest offers. If you want to waste your money on a product that doesn't arrive, and get spammed by emails then this is the company for you. My advice, avoid them, dont get sucked in by the marketing.

This company have been great to work with. The first coat that I bought was too small for my Romeo (he’s a big boy) so I emailed them and asked for a refund,instead they said they would make a new coat for him. I sent them his measurements and a few weeks later a lovely new coat arrived. Great product!

Do not use this company. I ordered a rain jacket from them in January. However it took so long to arrive, by then we had decided to go to a pet shop in the town, who found a suitable coat for our Cockerpoo, Barney.
Their coat finally arrived, but it was too small. I have asked them repeatedly about sending the coat back and getting a refund, but they doggedly (!) send me messages saying , if you want another size, send £5.00 & we will send you a bigger coat.
I do not require a different coat, in keeping with my consumer rights, I just want my money back.
Please don’t bother to order a coat from them, because if it doesn’t fit, you are scuppered.

First one ordered too small contacted C/S and they were great sent measurements and they sent a replacement

The dog coat I ordered took about two weeks to come. I only realised when tracking that it comes from China.
The coat then didn’t fit. I asked for the returns process and was offered another jacket but only if I pay £5 for shipping which they say will cover the cost of the return for the original jacket.
I just want to return the coat and get a refund.
Meanwhile I am bombarded with sale offers every day.
I’ll be going back to Equafleece - no comparison with customer service!

The jacket i received was great quality was fab but I suggest to make you size up they come up really small which is deciveing on the site I wanted a refund but they persuaded me to buy another for £5 I wish I hadn't have heard nothing from them its been nearly 6weeks wouldn't recommend this company unfortunately!!!

took a bit longer than expected to arrive as I didn't realise where it was coming from but everything else has exceeded expectations, the quality, the fit and the compliments we have received...top notch product

I bought a harness for my 3 month old puppy it’s great and fits nicely the only thing I have a problem with is the weeks of waiting for it to come buy the time it arrived my pup was 4 months old. The shipping time needs to be faster I had to go buy another harness while I was waiting
But I would give the harness a 10/10 it’s fab

Can't fault the product, very well made and would recommend.
Correspondence was a little slow but response was always positive and helpful, I had to re-order one of the coats but the process was simple and more than satisfactory
