I have definitely received 5* service. I ordered the wrong size coat for my puppy and the customer service team were fantastic. Within 24 hours I have the correct size on its way (only had to pay £4) and they are excellent quality. Will most definitely order again!

I still can't work out if this site is an elaborate scam, taking money but never delivering any items? When you delve into the reviews (not the glitzy positive ones) there are just too many customer reviews from people who have paid for goods, but have never received anything- nothing, to be able to put this down to just bad luck or coincidence.
The site has a ..."co.uk..." website address, but please note, it is not in the uk, it is in China and all goods are "supposedly" sent from China..or not?
Our dogs coat and leader supposedly left China over 3 weeks ago, and arrived in the UK 7 days later. But it didn't and despite daily updates that it would be delivered that day, it never was, and still, never has been.
I contacted their customer service through their website. Absolutely nothing! Dozens of other customers report being totally ignored too.
We are fortunate in that we paid for our order via PayPal. We raised a dispute with PayPal this afternoon and received a full refund within 5 minutes! It does make you wonder if DoggyKings have previous form? We have heard some say that the company keeps closing and reopening under a similar name. Very suspicious.
We would strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are just too many similar questions from too many customers who didn't receive their order or lost their money. And the company NEVER responds.

I received my dog coats and discovered they were too small. On contacting Doggykings they immediately sent me replacements. Excellent service . The coats are very good quality and recommend them to keep the dogs warm and clean. Thank you Doggykings!

Lovely item and my dog loves it. Bought as my dog had front leg amputation (cancer) and she was going down cracks in sofa, this has ensured a more even surface.

Looks great, fits well, keeps my Labradoodle cozy, dry and a bit cleaner.

Ordered a coat Nov when it arrived although good quality far to small. No return lable. Sent email and was told they would send another if I deleted my review which I did I have since emailed many times no response and still not received my order. I was told it had been delivered to my back door which I havnt got and was in when they said it was delivered. The customer service is shocking and would advise everybody to avoid this company. No refund offered!!!

Excellent quality dog coat. I have struggled in the passed to get a coat to fit my Cyprus rescue dog. Shes sort legged with a long body. I measured her chest and ordered a 3xl. I saw on FB comments dont go by the suggested breed. And thats true. You need chest and length measurements. It took a few weeks to arrive but that was fine. It fit perfectly and she was happy to wear it. I then ordered my oth dog one but the 5xl which is there biggest size. It was too big. I emailed their customer service and straight they got back to me and were very helpful and polite. I paid £4 and they sent me a new size of 4xl out. It fits well. I think the coats maybe fit smaller dogs from a spaniel size down the best. I 100% recommend them.

Customer service is non existent. The coat I ordered was too small and they were contacted about a refund. The 2 emails they replied to did not acknowledge my request for a refund. They wanted me to remeasure my dog and order another jacket. No reply to my most recent email however, they bombard me with emails re sales etc. Not a review I wanted to write but my personal experience with this company has been awful.

I have been trying to return my order for weeks. They have only replied to every 5th email, stringing out the process. Then asking for more money for postage before they can authorise the order sum refund. Dodgy as £#@+! Learn from my mistake - DO NOT GO NEAR THIS ONLINE COMPANY/RIP-OFF.

2x coats ordered 23/11/2025
Arrived 18/12/2025, too small. Emailed for exchange or refund. 2/1/2026 they wanted £9.50 for exchange, queried why, paid them 12/1 and have heard absolutely nothing despite contacting customer support. Wondering if I will ever receive them, probably when it's 20 degrees outside.
Not impressed at all with this company and will never use again.

First jacket I ordered was far too small. I asked how to return it and was asked instead to send my dog’s measurements and a photo of the original jacket on my dog. The staff were helpful and the reordered jacket was a good fit.
The downside is the length of time taken to receive the orders, even allowing for possible holdups over new year (a month both times), as the goods come from China.
However my dog is cosy and happy in her new coat.

A great coat well made with a nice warm lining I ordered the large size which was a good fit for my dog l would recommend this company if you need a good coat.

I ordered the wrong size coat for my dog in error. The customer service team were fantastic! Sent me another coat in the correct size & I didn’t have to return the original. The coat is great & I am going to order another colour for him & one for my daughter’s dog. It takes a while to arrive, but well worth the wait!

I have only given a 2 * as this company make lovely harnesses and coats but!!!! If you want to contact them you can’t!!!! I have emailed them several times and get no where!!! So I would not recommend using them as the sizing is always wrong, and no communication from them.
Very disappointing

I could not recommend the coat I bought from this company. First off the free shipping was £4.99, it took 15 days to arrive not 9. I was happy with the coat I received at first, after 3 months it was no longer waterproof, after 1 walk in heavy rain a ball of water gathered under the belly and when I took the coat off it splattered all over the floor. Avoid!!

Ordered a coat for my daughters dog for Christmas, but unfortunately it was a little bit snug. Got in touch with Doggy kings and they were so helpful and sent out the next size up, it arrived last week and it fits her lovely. She's worn it every day and had a trip to the beach and kept her warm and dry.. Definitely would recommend Doggy kings and will use them again..
