At first we were really pleased with the dog jacket but just a few weeks past the 30 day (statutory) warranty and the zip broke. I contacted their customer service team to see how they could support. They replied with the standard no refund after 30 days. Despite explaining I didnt ask for a refund, they kept replying with the 30 day response. Clearly they don't believe their products should last much longer!
We used it minimally and as expected, the issue was a sub-standard product. Their customer reps were patronising. Don't waste your money if you want a dog jacket to last even a few months, buy elsewhere! There's a reason why they're cheaper than elsewhere!

I ordered two doggy jackets, different sizes, but unfortunately neither fitted my growing puppy. Doggy Kings were so helpful when I emailed to ask about returns, and they sorted the problem promptly and effectively. Very happy customer!

Fab addition to the kit ones needs when owning precious dogs. Keeping them warm and safe 😂

I ordered a coat for my elderly border collie who weighs 22kilos. Using the size guide I ordered 5XL, the biggest size. The zip would only close 3/4 up her back. I tried emailing Doggykings but got no reply. I looked for a phone number. According to Google , there isn't one. So much for the comments of getting marvellous help by phone. If you have a dog like a Labrador or similar, don't even bother to order.My coat actually fitted my neighbour's Staffie.
Just a note after my review was posted - the actual coat appeared to be very good value for money but I would still advise that the sizing is very inaccurate.

The 3 in 1 dog coats are great! Super padded and look expensive even though they are not. Would definitely recommend! Customer service is also very good. Make sure you measure your dog, I messed up here, but customer service soon fixed this problem. Very happy!

Great company, I ordered the wrong size. Doggykings were very understanding & sent me the correct size. They even told me not to worry about sending the small one back so I gave it to a deserving lady with a chilly Sausage Dog!

Very long delivery period from the time we ordered. Didn’t realise they are shipped from China. Poor quality, faulty or badly fitted zippers, coats didn’t fit any of our dogs. The XL was even too tight on our smallest dog. Returns a challenge as they deduct £5.00 per coat to return. They refunded me minus the return amount and original shipping fee, wouldn’t buy from them again and wish I had read the reviews before my initial purchase. Also then told me to keep the coats so what did I Pay £25 return fee for?
Would have left zero stars if I could.

You were so helpful when I'd ordered the wrong size, I'd ordered two for my English springer and working cocker, the look fantastic, I've been trying to get a coat that covers their bellies, these coats a perfect thank you

Would have left 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered two coats for my dogs based on their sizing, took 6 weeks to arrive, both were far too small and the zip on one seemed faulty. After many emails they finally agreed to send two larger ones at an extra cost of £10. Another 6 weeks later the coats arrived and despite being very nice the zip on one broke after 4 weeks. After contacting them again they told me unfortunately it was over the guarantee deadline so nothing could be done, am in the process of contacting trading standards. Do not buy from this company, their sizing is way off, delivery times are appalling, the quality is awful and their customer service is diabolical!!

Great service, excellent quality product. Easy to put on , handy with the harness attached to the jacket. Lovely and warm and waterproof.

I ordered a coat unfortunately it was way too small but it was replaced with correct size I did not have to return original item just had to pay £5 for postage. Great coat

The first coat I ordered was too small but, adter contacting Doggy Kings, they replaced it very quickly with no hassle. Great coat, warm and dry and have received lots of compliments.

Honestly, I am utterly disgusted with this site. The dog jacket doesn't fit my dog, their measurements are incorrect. I have sent 16 emails up to now to arrange to send it back & get a refund. They have responded once asking me to swap the jacket for a larger size-I don't want to because I have purchased one from my local pet store now to save waiting another few weeks. Since saying this they are ignoring all my emails, refuse to help on Facebook messenger and instagram. According to their site they have a "30 day money back guarantee", I wont give up trying to get my money back as i am not un a position to lose nearly £30! I am disabled & unable to work so I find this absolutely sickening. Please avoid this company at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before sending any money. Luckily I have reported them to my bank as fraud and sent their "refund policy" screenshots & emails & have managed to get my money back. It appears i am not the only one this has happened to so please shop elsewhere to avoid it happening to you. These cowboys also go by the name of furrykings so be warned they are the same company and have the same sort of reviews! They need shutting down!!
