The dog jacket/harness has arrived at last. Certainly not disappointed in its quality and robustness. The product is very good.
But 37 days from my order date 30/12/25 ??? Thought Santa had stolen it for one of his reindeer.

I ordered a coat based on the breed description, sadly it was too small for my dog, contacted customer service who were very responsive and got a replacement very quickly. Very good service, lovely product.

Took a little while to arrive but has so far proven worth the wait

Lovely coat. Bit snug (largest size on 30kg staff cross). It looks great. Unfortunately my dog refuses to move once I’ve put a coat on him. Strange boy but he just stands there and won’t walk. This is no reflection on your item, I thought it was worth a try as he’s getting old. Only negative, it took over a month to arrive by which time I was convinced it was lost in post. Would recommend to anyone with a ‘normal dog’ ☺️

Faulty item and terrible customer service.

The zip on my dog jacket became faulty within a month. I contacted DoggyKings and provided all requested evidence (including video), and repeatedly chased for weeks.Despite this, no replacement was ever confirmed and my emails were largely ignored. I acted reasonably and requested a replacement under the Consumer Rights Act, but was left with no option but to escalate via my credit card provider. Would not recommend.

The quality of the coat was very good though the sizing is somewhat ‘out’. I bought 5XL (the largest size available) but it was way too small. The customer services dept were very efficient, polite and speedy with requesting photos etc and expedited a refund very promptly (less £5 fee). Again, the coat was lovely but I would sugg measuring your dogs back length and chest size rather than using the sugg breed guidelines.

Very good quality product. However, the coat comes up a bit small.
I didn't realise it was being shipped from China and expected delivery to be quicker.

I bought 2 jackets for my boxer dogs and ordered the largest size to be on the side of caution. But they are too small. Emailed them and they said I needed to send them £5 for each coat in order to return them to get a refund! I emailed back and stated it wasn't my fault I had to send the coats back and that I should not have to pay anything to return. (I only paid £5 delivery for both of them in the first place) Now they are not answering my emails and just sending me offers 😂 Do not buy from them!

Wrong size sent, customer services informed - required to make another payment by PayPal only - this time debit card not allowed, requested return address and refund, this doesn’t seem to be the way this company operates. Waste of time!!! Don’t bother ordering.

I recently purchased a jacket for my mini dachshund. I measured her neck and body length and ordered the appropriate size (XL). I received the harness but it was too tight. I tried to return it but was told I had to pay extra postage to return the harness and for a new one. I refused to pay extra and am now being ignored. So a complete waste of time and money. Buyers beware!

Please dont order from this company, you will never receive your goods and they wont respond to any emails. They have several companies under different nsmes such as furrykings too, they are a scam and you will lose your money.

Having ordered 2 coats which came with a free lead worth £20 (so it’s says, maybe £2). I measured my dog and purchased the coats in a medium as per their size guide. The coats she has already from various retailers are a small but I went with their guide. After weeks and weeks, they finally arrived, far too small.
I contacted them and asked for a refund as I was reluctant to wait almost another month for the replacements to arrive.
They offered to replace but I would have to pay an additional £5, after back and forth I agreed and they sent me an invoice to pay an additional £10.
I argued with this as it contradicted their email, (you get a different response depending on who answers).
Having looked into the company which started in June and closed in Sept, I realised it’s all fake.
I was initially receiving replies to my emails but once I refused to pay any further money as I had little faith I was going to get anything in return, I asked for a full refund…shock horror no response!
Please stay clear of this business, I have no idea how people have so little morals, they should be ashamed to work for such fraudsters.
I will be reporting to whoever I can in order for this business to not go anywhere.

The delivery is very slow to the UK (must be coming from China or somewhere like this). The sizing comes up very small as per many of the other reviews. I have a slim English setter and ordered a 4XXL and it was too tight. He is slightly smaller than a goldern retreiver so thought we would be good with this size as per the description and the measurements. I asked to exchange it. Although the initial email reply wasn't too bad (maybe 2 datys) I am now in a very frustrating cycle which I see other people are also in. I have been asked to pay £5 for the new postage and to send the old coat back which I accept, yet every invoice link I get sent does not work. I have spent over a week trying to resolve this and now the replies are much less frequent, I am about to give up.

Good quality winter dog coat. I will check back in the spring to look for a waterproof coat that isn’t so warm. My only complaint is that I’m receiving too many emails but don’t want to unsubscribe in case I miss news regarding spring/summer coats.

Great coat, very happy customer and dog.

I ordered 2 jackets for my 2 dogs. One jacket is too small, I contacted doggykings to ask if I could exchange it for the next size up. They told me I had to pay for the exchange, which I am happy to do, but I can only pay it via PayPal, which I do not have.

I have e-mailed them regarding this and I keep getting the same generic reply, “set up a PayPal account”. There have been nearly 20 e-mails back and forth as I don’t wish to set up a PayPal account. I used my card to make the initial purchase.

They have now not responded to my last e-mail asking if I can have a refund if I cannot pay for the exchange.

I would not purchase anything from this company again and I am now left with a jacket that doesn’t fit my dog.

Awful company - avoid them! I’d bought my large dog coat before the new year and it took ages to come. When it arrived 10 days ago, it was very poor quality so I’ve emailed them for a refund. They’ve ignored all of my emails and I’m now getting the impression they’ll just continue to do that.

Finally received 2 beautiful jackets that my vizsla looks stunning in. Would I recommend. Absolutely.

I ordered a coat for my dog. I checked the measurements first. Unfortunately it was too small. I emailed to explain. They responded quickly and wanted to correct this. They asked for order number, breed of dog, chest size, back measurements and a photo. I sent these over a week ago with several further emails asking for updates.
I am really disappointed that they have just ignored me. Really poor customer service.

Ordered a cost which was correct size. However the coat took weeks to arrive and is now to small. Have emailed company numerous times but they are so reluctant to refund me. Offered to send me a new coat but if I pay extra £5. I do not want a new coat as I have already bought new items weeks ago due to the long delivery. They will not reply to my emails now and don’t seem to have a return process. Regret ordering from here
