Lovely, quirky designs and gorgeous quality. The cushions I bought brighten up my study perfectly!

Actually i felt it is very efficient for processing my order as it is an international shipment but it would be great to share customer the tracking number so that can track & trace the shipment status.

I received those lovely stuffs before Christmas.
They are cute and great, with good texture and great design. Jess, cs staff, she is helpful to answer my questions.

However, I lost a chance to buy mushroom scraf. I save this item in shopping cart before the annual sale peroid. If I buy before the sale, I have pay more shopping fee (to Hong Kong). So I wait. But....... when the annual sale start, those mushroom scraf are sold out. Oh no !! woo woo woo(crying). It is a bad shopping experience.

Brilliant experience. The wrong order arrived but the issue was resolved quickly and correct items were then sent out straight away and I got to keep some lovely bear bowls). Love the fox bowls - so cute.

Donna Wilson is an amazing designer! Her products are high quality and really original. I was really happy with their customer service (very kind!). De website is really nice and works well. The stuff I ordered was packaged really nice and also quite sustainable, just like her products. I would really recommend shopping here, it's a bit expensive, but know that it's a small company and every order is received with lots of love!

Delivery was efficient and in the main everything was fine. I do like Donna Wilson's 'creatures', having bought one previously. However when Barry Bear arrived he did have a grubby mark on his leg but I was able to remove this and also a safety pin was pinned to the back of his head, poor bear! I was just a bit disappointed as I thought all creatures were checked before despatch.

Nosy is adorable and super soft. He makes a great conversation piece, as well as a pillow. Very unique and well crafted.
