I ordered a pair of earrings for a friend's birthday. I wasn't able to see my friend in person, as it was during the covid-19 lockdown period, so Lottie at Donna Wilson gift wrapped them on my behalf and inclded a note from me to my friend. The earrings arrived at my friend's house a couple of days later and she loved them!
