This lamp is identical to others on the market but is the best price by far. I'm delighted with it, excellent quality and looks lovely.

Ordered without fuss, arrived promptly, very well packaged and was left with a trusted neighbour. It was the best price I found on the internet, too. The lamp itself is beautiful and visitors have all commented on it.

Saw this on a friends face book page and she told me about your company ...compared your products with Wayfair and preferred the finish on your lamp and the price was better. Lamp arrived within specified time - packaging dented but product not damaged - so it was well insulated. Can't test the item yet as it's missing a part - I've sent an email requesting this but to date have had no response - will resend email. Overall pleased with 'journey' so far but not impressed with customer service/after sales.

Very pleased with my purchase ( a black and gold arch floor lamp at a very competitive price). Item dispatched on the following Wednesday (as it states on the website) and was delivered for free the next day.
Highly recommended and would happily shop with Dooleys again.

Service was fantastic

No problem with the store, good fast service. The colurier APC delivered a lot later than expected but where very nice and helpful. The product has a small dent in the base, the switch for the light is too short to sit nicely on the ground and none of the bolts supplier fit! Overall, shop great, product really nice but has annouying issues.

Our lamp is beautiful - exactly the same as others we looked at that were almost twice the price. Free and quick delivery, fantastic service all round.

We bought the angled copper floor lamp brand new. the box it arrived in was a little bashed at one side.
When we were assembling the lamp we found a large black scratch on the lamp shade.
Delivery was quick and the website was easy to navigate but not great product quality on its arrival.

Lamp is great.

Instructions for putting it together are a bit ropey, poor photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy, more screws than needed which caused a bit of concern, but the lamp quality itself is great.

Attended the warehouse to collect the item. No sign on the door and a chap from the company next door had never heard of them but once contact was made, all was good.

Excellent service and product. I range to check they could deliver before Christmas and they were very helpful on the phone, promising free delivery the next day. I had a confirmation email five minutes after the phone call and the item arrived the next morning. Excellent

We ordered the above as a Christmas present for my granddaughter.
A single carton arrived within two days. When I opened, I discovered that the base and reflector where missing. Examination of the box indicated 2 of 2 although no previous paperwork had indicated delivery in two consignments. I telephoned Dooley's but obtained only the answerphone.
This continued for about EIGHT days. I emailed and received no reply. I then discovered that emails were handled through an agent who could provide no help. I was rapidly concluding that the Company had gone into administration and was preparing to replace the gift. Ultimately I made a call and got through. John, who received my call was apologetic and helpful and said that they had been inundated by the Christmas rush. He discovered that the missing parcel was in the delivery company's London warehouse and I received it within two days. My granddaughter is delighted with the lamp, assembled it herself and we now await news re its long term durability. There would have been five stars but for the worrying lack of correspondence and information. I am sure that the company intends well but communication is the essence when problems arise, and needs to be dealt with to cope with busy periods. RLW
