Great service and item!
Had to make a couple of calls to sort things out with a change of delivery and cancel one of the orders etc. and it was all sorted on Monday morning and delivered the following Friday. Will use again.

Decent, very good product, but issues with Delivery.
the online experience was good. But the delivery side of things (which is a third party courier) was not so good. I was offered next day shipping, I got a tracking reference which said the item was out for delivery. I took the day off to wait for the delivery, but it never turned up. I tried to contact the delivery company (APC) and chat to a "human" but it was painful, sent round in the usual "scripted robots" which made sure you was sent on a merry go round to nowhere! .. the next day I stayed home again, new information was on the tracking system, said it was out for delivery again, but by 2pm nothing had arrived. I called Dooleys and they confirmed that my next door neighbor had taken the package... I had not left the premises all day, they didn't post a card through my door to say the parcel is with my neighbor, or even attempt to knock my door. Customer services for Dooley was great and the product was fantastic. Shame they use such a terrible Delivery Company, to be honest I don't think I will buy from them again as the Delivery company was so terrible and unreliable. wasted 2 days of Leave!

We have been using this courier company for over 9 years and from our experience APC are still currently the best out there in the market. Normally they are very good and things go without a glitch - however of course sometimes things do go wrong although they are quite rare. Copper floor lamp
The lamp needed putting together and was quite easy to do. Very happy with the new lamp.
Delivery was not as straight forward. Delivery company did not leave a card to say they'd tried and didn't leave it with a neighbour. Had to contact dooleys to ask for delivery contact. Dooleys were very helpful. Had to pick up the item from a depot 40mins drive away as they could not deliver when I would be in as I work full time!
Apart from delivery which was free a great product in pride of place in my room.

Apprehensive but great experience
I was apprehensive having read some reviews that our order would be wrong somehow.
But everything went smoothly, including the fact the front of our building was being dug up so all deliveries had to go to a hidden back entrance on a different road. I rung the office, they contacted the delivery company and the delivery man called me and all was delivered perfectly.
Very happy. Great item as wanted and works. Thanks

I'm in love with my lamp!
A week after placing and paying for my order I received an email saying that the item was out of stock, I was given the option to cancel and have a refund or wait for stock. I chose the latter and I am so glad I did!
My lamp is amazing and half the price of those seen elsewhere....I can't stop admiring it!

Real quality furniture for great value
I ordered two belgravia chic bedside tables from Dooleys and they were delivered quickly plus the quality was outstanding for the money I had paid. I would definitely recommend them and buy furniture from them again.
