Excellent quality

Unfortunately the stool arrived a day late but Dooleys rang to rearrange the delivery offering next day and a morning slot. The oak kitchen stool was the best price I could find and is really good quality. Very pleased!

Buying pendants lights and arc floor lamp

Even though there was a problem with the supplier and some delay in receiving goods, the person on the phone was very accommodating and helpful. The only improvement I might suggest is that if such a problem should occur then an email to buyer informing about supply problem ought to be sent rather than the 'being processed' comment on the website

Wrong delivery address used

The item ordered was for a work colleague who was leaving, I ordered it for delivery to my work address, once the e-mail confirmation was received by myself stating the wrong address I rang immediately informing them of the issue. The person on the end of the phone refused to admit that their data was wrong but said he would change it. The details were not changed and the delivery did not arrive on time nor did it arrive to the correct address. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone

We have 2 data entry fields when filling in the address details - Billing Address & Delivery Address - they were originally entered by the customer on this order.

We did receive a call to advise it was the wrong delivery address and that it was the system at fault?

After getting quite confused and trying to understand the problem we did then make the mistake of then sending the goods to the wrong address - which we do admit, apologize for and offered a full refund, to which we heard no reply?

My mirrored glass tallboy

The tallboy was exactly as described and came well packaged. Delivery was between 12/4pm. The delivery men took packaging away with them. Compared to other shops the price of tallboy was excellent.

Perfect in every way

The item was the cheapest I could find on the internet. Communication was excellent and the delivery speed fantastic. Well deserving of the given 5 star rating.

Will not use again

Took over two weeks to dispatch my item. Courier very slow tracking was not working. Phoned to complain and was told they would phone back. Now one week later I write this feedback.

You made your order on the 26th Decmber over the Christmas period so delivery would not take place until January.

Your order was passed to courier begining of January.

Regarding tracking it is quite a large and fragile item you ordered and the courier would actually call you to arrange delivery date and then call you again on delivery day.

Please contact us directly if you are having problems because so far we are completely un-aware and have no record of any problems with this order.
