Awful service, bad communication. Both during my delivery and redelivery days I was waiting for the full day with no allocated timeslot even though I requested it multiple times. The two stars are given because it's relatively cheap. I guess you get what you pay...

Would recommend to students wanting to store their boxes for an uncertain period. It saves the hassle of moving the boxes from your accommodation to the storage space and back. The helpers were friendly to move the boxes. The only downside is that when ordering redelivery there would be a charge of 6 pounds per box.

Absolutely terrible. They were late on my delivery and re-delivery. Also they managed to break a lot of my stuff even though I wrapped it up to the extreme. Which they advised no less! Terrible customer service as well. They just dismissed me as though nothing happened and everything was fine. Awful!

Izzy and Tilly delivered our boxes so efficiently. They were super friendly and would 100% recommend their service again!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Every aspect of this process of packing up my daughter’s belongings for summer storage was easy. Website booking, communication, quality of boxes, supplies provided, follow up etc. I booked online from Canada after some help from Jessica (awesome) for determining how many boxes we would need, the boxes were delivered on time to my daughter’s halls of residence. We decided to add her suitcase for storage and Jessica was very helpful with adjusting the order. Then we filled the boxes and they were picked up on time and without fuss. Even the DHL driver was great! Highly recommend this service!!!

Terrible experience. KEEP AWAY.
I'm a student in Cardiff and pay for my boxes storage. The day of collection a was given 1 hour time slot (from 10.25 to 11.25 am). I went the the agreed meeting point 15 min in advance. After 2 hours I was still waiting and wrote to ask for information (NO phone number available). They told me to be patiente and wait.
I wait until 6 pm outside with my boxes. They stopped to reply at about 4 pm, so I called directly DHL and they told me that the driver went at 10.15 am - but I was there and saw no one.....
I had to find a different solution and no one get in touch with me asking where the boxes are....

The team are super friendly and helpful. Have been using D2D since 2020 and have never been disappointed by their quality of customer support and service.

The whole process was smooth and easy! Both the delivery of materials and collection of boxes went without a hitch and the two staff members who assisted were very friendly :) Responses via email were also answered super quick. Will definitely book again if I need storage in the future!

Best student storage and transportation company in the uk.. by far!!!!! Used them for my daughter in Bristol for storage and then for delivery in London. Great fast service delivery with a very human touch! Richard, in particular, helped us when we had to change our delivery time/address several times! We had enquired with many places regarding storage over the summer but the one main drawback in all these places was they wouldn’t pick up or drop off. Door 2 Door did what other companies didn’t do and it makes a great difference for international students especially. They were ready to provide us with cartons depending on our requirements and accommodated us kindly when the cartons were not delivered on time by another company. They also accommodated us on the delivery time and literally dropped off our son’s things to his room. We found them efficient and appreciated that they were in constant communication with us. Their prices are reasonable and we found them extremely trustworthy. Would highly recommend them and they will be the only company we call upon hereafter. Thank you Door2Door

Super nice people and it gets the job done

Process to sort out delivery is super easy and delivery people are very helpful and kind. Only small criticism would be I would have liked a confirmation email after I submitted the redelivery form. Overall, great experience and will definitely be using door2soor again!

Hassle free and quick responses to emails, the people who picked up and delivered my stored items were very nice aswell. Will definitely use again if I need to make use of a storage service
