READ THE RETURN policy

READ THE RETURN policy, "all of the products listed on our website are not returnable." They won't even exchange (after offering to do so in an email) an item that was not special order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Hi Dawn,

We are sorry you are upset! We always try to help our customers out the best we can. You originally purchased a commercial door closer from us in aluminum finish (which is a painted finish) on 12/5/23. We shipped it out immediately. You contacted us back on 2/5/24 (2 months after) to see if we could do an exchange for a "brushed nickel" finish. Brushed nickel finish falls under what's considered a "plated finish" which is a chemical process that essentially plates the door closer providing a better resistance to corrosion. This is not a standard finish and would be a special order type item which usually results in a 3-4 week lead time minimum as well as a price difference of anywhere from 2 to 3 times the price of a standard painted aluminum finish.

Nick, did respond to you and notified you we would be more than happy to accept a return even though at this point the purchase was made over 3 months ago, so long as the items are unopened and unused. Nick did state that returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and provided you the return instructions. However, we never received any further response from you.

We can still accept a return even though it is over 3 months old and over the 30 day return policy. Please just respond back to the email thread with Nick or follow the instructions Nick provided so that we can process the return.

Great customer service

I found Door Closers USA online and they’ve given me first rate service. Our project is in California and everything I’ve ordered has been well made and received timely. Great customer service from Nick and the entire team.

Ordered a product from a deceptive…

Ordered a product from a deceptive photo. /I contacted the company how seemed helpful at first but stopped responding to questions when trying to make sure I got the correct product. The sales department sent me an email with two links for the product. One of the links would not work. I asked multiple times for the part number but was never given the number. The other link work but was the higher priced option and had items I did not need. I was charged 30% restocking fee for returning the item and not doing an exchange.

Bait N Switch Company

Ordered a Dorma ED250 operator.
Paid for expedited shipping and it took 5 days to receive the wrong operator.
Nicholas tells me they provided a comparable equal to what I ordered.
I call it bait n switch.
You purchase a BMW and take home a KIA.
Take your business elsewhere.
These on line so called companies with No Listed Phone Numbers are SCAM Artist.

Ordered part for EFCO door

Ordered part for EFCO door, it did not fit the door. The sales manager Nicolas O....says I must not have an Efco door. I then sent him a picture of the EFCO Door Badge. They have no phone number, you can not discuss the problem. Once he received the picture,....crickets. Worst Customer service ever, no tech support, nothing. Take the money and run....don't look back.....bad scene.....

Ordered a part kit

Ordered a part kit, paid for overnite shipping, got nervous because one email said shipper cancelled my shipment, was just sitting down to call and find out what's up when FedEx walks thru the door with my part 12:06 EST incredible service from both seller and shipper 10 Stars in my opinion Thank you so much

I had some issues completing purchase

I had some issues completing purchase. It was saying that my e-mail already had an account but could not go to reset password. finally I was able to get it done and set a password. I really like the last units I purchased. They are in and we are purchasing more. Door safety!

Door Sweep Not Returnable

Ordered door sweep. Had to place on door but found it would not clear the floor. The sweep was never installed. I asked for a RA number to return and was told it couldn't be returned (see below response). The plastic had to be taken off to see if it was the correct item. How can you tell if a product is correct if you can't take off a tiny piece of wrapping? Will never order from them again.

"Unfortunately once products are taken the plastic and or installed we cannot take the item back.

For are all returns products must be in original manufacturer packaging uninstalled and unused as per our terms and conditions."

This is a scam

This is a scam, I made an order Dec 30th 2019 and I paid $400 never received the part ..10 days nothing no response from the seller, I called his scam number 866-232-5673 no one picking up, I opend a claim on PayPal and will get my money back, if you got a scam by this company just open a claim because this scammer now is reported to PayPal and credit card

You never sent the part, That’s a lie, and I got my money back, you never refunded me, I called PayPal and they checked your account and your Facebook reviews and they found the you are a scammer so they refunded me. My advice to you not to try make money by scamming ppl, Now is very easy to anyone got scammed by you to get refunded.

Please check your spam folder, sometimes emails can automatically be thrown into the spam folder. We also followed up with phone number you provided, but it went straight to voicemail. We did ship you the product immediately and the Fedex tracking number shows it was delivered, received by you.

However days later, you started a credit card dispute and were automatically refunded the invoice total of $410.82 by the credit card company, even though you received and kept our product.
