At the hotel we have card locks.When the batteries go out an the back up system fails to open the door,the door closer always works,it simple easy to use an it comes at a great price.So the next time you try to open that door with a screw driver.remember the door closer.Dont keep the guest waiting

Doorcloserusa did it right

I accidentally ordered my doors twice. This company automatically refunded my overpayment and processed my order. Initially, there was some confusion, but the representative explained the mix up very clearly. I would highly recommend ordering from this company.

The link on their website to cancel my…

The link on their website to cancel my order was non functional and there was no way to contact by phone. I e-mailed my cancellation request which they were able to take care of, but no phone or chat option left me feeling uneasy until I received a reply to my e-mail.

No returns

I got the wrong piece sent to me but they would not pay to return it. They told me I would have to pay to send it back to them but it was not what I ordered. Who does that?

Too long to get order

Website shows a lot of items as being in stock but when I ordered they didnt send it right away.
