Gorgeous Clothes, Bad Sizing
The quality of the clothes is unquestionable but the sizing could be more accurate. I'm a 27" waist and bought two pairs of trousers both labelled a 28" waist as vintage sizes can vary (been buying vintage for years and rarely have this problem) but I can barely do either pair up. They're fine so long as I don't sit down or eat.
It's a shame because I've seen two further pairs that I love which I'm loathe to buy in case they don't fit either.

I think the issue may be that as the trousers were elasticated, perhaps we haven't accounted for the waistband to fit over the hips too, if that makes sense. Or would you say the waistband was smaller than we measured? All feedback is really helpful to us.

Second purchase but probably my last. Check your stock Dorothyhouse!
This was my second time buying from Dorothyhouse. The first purchase was perfect, I was really pleased. However this time I ordered 2 jackets, neither were very clean. One had ripped lining, which hadn’t been mentioned in the listing. The other had a dirty tissue and a face mask in the pocket.
Check your stock before selling Dorothyhouse. This experience has put me off returning to your site.
