Delay due to Royal Mail strikes. Dorothy house.Said…
Ordered package from Dorothy house.Said it had been shipped on 8 Dec. Tried to track but says there is no tracking number. I can't find out which carrier has my parcel.
Seems it is due to Royal Mail strike.
Good news - parcel has now arrived on 13th.

I'm so sorry for the delay in your parcel reaching you.
We use royal mail and unfortunately there is no tracking. I have updated the email confirmations to reflect this now, so thank you for the feedback.
Items are severely delayed in the Royal Mail system and I can only apologise. We will look in to using different couriers in future when strikes are occuring.

If your order hasn't arrived yet, It's probably held up as we use Royal Mail as our delivery method and we are seeing huge delays in orders arriving. due to strikes and the sheer volume of parcels going through the system due to Black Friday & Christmas. I'm so sorry for the delay, It is really frustrating and I do hope your order will be with you very soon.
