Happy overall
Bought 3 items of clothing and overall I am happy. That said, one of them was described as in very good condition but I would not agree because it has a quite a few pulled loose threads. It’s also dry clean only and I don’t recall it being described as such. Delivery was prompt and the items were well packaged.

We use Royal Mail for all orders and we have seen a significant increase in delivery times since the strikes took place.
I can confirm your order was posted on 6th Sept by 2nd class. Other orders sent out on the same day are also experiencing delays.
