More than happy with the dress i ordered, didnt wait long for it to arrive, and i was pleased with how it was packed folded tidy and in a pretty postage bag. 😁
Shocking company
Shocking company. Order 3 pairs of boots. No despatch notification, contacted the company and was ignored. Chased and chased. Told they would be delivered, then had been delivered which they had NOT. Ignored more until I stated I would go to trading standards if I continued to hear nothing. Got apology and told sent another despite asking for refund as no longer wanted anything (this refund had eventually been agreed so unsure why she claimed she had sent one of the 3 items again). Once again didn’t arrived and been ignored since. Got a partial refund but still out of money.
Shocking customer service, ignored and then provided with excuses which I was kind and understood as promises more staff incoming would mean better replies. This didn’t happen.
Would never order again or suggest anyone does. Avoid!!
Items are from china by the looks of things, IF they even exist in the first place as I have no evidence of them existing.
I’m all for supporting small businesses and actively try to so am bitterly disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

communication from seller is nearly non existent, she only replied when i said i would take the matter further; delivery was slow, item probably not 100% cotton and had a very 'chinese' style to it - not for me; no packing slip/returns advice included in parcel - you can find the returns address on the website though; overall not impressed but worth a try....
Dress not received
Dress not received. Emails and messages ignored so far. If dress is eventually received it will be far too late. Wish I had looked at trust pilot before ordering as I would not have gone ahead. Dress arrived shortly after I left this review but was not true to size so was far too small. Had to pay postage to return. After three weeks had not received a refund but have now, after emailing to request it. Would still not recommend.

Had to wait over 8weeks for items with just one email response and then nothing despite me contacting them several times. I have already left this review but it has disappeared so adding again! Have returned the items as they arrived too late for their purpose. The return has been received as royal mail has a record of it but no response to emails requesting a refund. In all the company have had my money since 21st January. I just want a reply and my money back please if you could do this asap or I will have to contact my credit card company.

From the moment I ordered the lack of…
From the moment I ordered the lack of communication was clear. Despite portraying that this company is Cotswolds based, this is only where the owner lives and goods are actually ordered from China. My ‘cashmere’ items arrived eventually, with Chinese labels stating that they were acrylic and were awful quality. My messages, emails, WhatsApps were all ignored until I as a final resort sent a letter saying I would reclaim costs incurred via a small claims court……it took that action for the owner to acknowledge me. Excuse after excuse followed about her having been ill with covid then having to put her children to bed, she was aggressive, patronising and threatened to report me to the police after I explained my issues. She then told me she was running 2, million pound companies and had 10 years experience in a commercial role…..despite companies house data showing she is 23….with no other companies on record.
Whilst I’m fully sympathetic to having to work whilst looking after small children and the impact that the pandemic has, this does not give business owners an excuse to ignore customers and complaints.
Edited to say that the owner has now messaged to say that I’m just an angry and awful person to leave a bad review for a small business. Far from it. Trust pilot is the place to understand how a business is run and unfortunately this business is currently struggling to meet basic standards and has an owner who struggles with customer service. I wish them all the best.

Terrible customer service
Item still hasn’t arrived after a month of ordering. Sent numerous emails, FB messages and WhatsApp. No response from company. Do not use!
Updated: received a reply from the seller after posting this comment. Item was dispatched from China on the 25/01. I’ve asked for a refund but yet again this has been ignored.

Firmly AVOID this company. They state Cotswold based but clearly NOT. Chinese I believe. They state 100% cashmere. My item arrived (a month later than they stated) and is clearly marked 65% acrylic and 35%wool. This company needs to be reported.
I have taken photographs but cannot upload sadly! They should be reported to an ombudsman

Nice product but small for a medium, def a 10. Took ages to arrive over Xmas, no answers from the chat line, and completely inaccurate tracking info via their shipping agent. After ship?. Or something similar.
