Communication and customer service is absolutely awful. Numerous WhatsApp and emails have been ignored for weeks. Whilst I understand you have families etc so have we all and other staff need to be put in place to cover this. When my order arrived both items were awful. I ordered and dress and a cardigan both advertised as cashmere, both are awful, cheap, synthetic material, both have Chinese labels stating they are acrylic. Very disappointed.

Ordered 11th December 2021, still nothing and it’s now the 19/01/2022.
Messaged on WhatsApp ignored. Emailed in had a reply (this was 22/23 December 2021)
Text to say been sent on 5th January 2022 and still nothing.
Emailed in again, no reply.
Will be contacting my bank to get this reimbursed.

Seeing as now downtown dolly has replied, I’m updating where it’s at so far:
Reply of review received 27/01/2022 blaming covid etc, seems to be the only answer they give to all their reviews. They are assuming I have received this dress, which still has NOT turned up. How can I send it back for a refund when the item has NOT been received?!!!! They really don’t read reviews do they?
I have opened a goods dispute with my bank to try and reclaim my lost money.
Don’t waste your time with this shop, goods don’t turn up, customer services is absolutely dismal.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Update 03/03/2022:
Had a text from this so called company asking why MY money had been charged back to me. My bank investigated the issue and claimed MY money back. Goods never arrived, ordered same item elsewhere which arrived.
After months of being ignored I gave up and opened a dispute with the bank and gave all the photographic evidence. They closed the investigation a couple of days ago with MY money being refunded for no show of item.
Find it absolutely rude for this company to text to why MY money had been refunded when I told them I will be contacting my bank. Months of waiting and nothing.

These socks area absolutely amazing, they are the comfiest socks I have ever worn, they are a definite must have, had a few issues with late delivery but obviously this is out of the hands of the seller and they were responsive to my messages and concerns.

Delivery times appalling
I placed my order for a pair of shoes and a pair of boots on 27th November 2021. Shoes arrived 22nd December 2021 and to date, 1st January 2022 boots have still not arrived.

When I got in touch their response was apologetic and suggested I was sent the wrong item in error. I posted them back and sent photos of proof of postage. They were signed for on. 17 December and I emailed them twice regarding the return. I was reimbursed on 29 December
