Don’t order anything from this shambles…
Don’t order anything from this shambles of a company. I ordered two tops & a dress, the payment was taken & weeks later I still didn’t have the items. At this point I asked for a refund. After trying to get a response from the company through various means including their website I was finally told two of the items were on the way & one would be sent separately. This completely ignored the fact I’d asked for a refund. Also I didn’t want another package to wait for! When the two items came it’s obvious they are cheap quality from China no doubt and I still haven’t had the complete order. I have asked again for the last item not to be sent and my money to be refunded, it is not clear what is being done about this. I have been given an address to return the goods to, this will cost me money when I’ve asked for a refund. It would appear this business is being run from home in a hap hazard way. The returns policy is not clear. I wish I’d never ordered anything from them. Complete nightmare to deal with!

The return address can be found on our website. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it. Once received we will issue a refund.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
