Still not received. Seller lies about postage.
Updated 09.01.22 - I have been offered a refund twice. Payment still not forthcoming... Item sent by 2nd class large letter, which cannot be tracked (more lies)... still not arrived. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Can't comment on the item itself as still not received nearly a month later. I ordered item on the 5th December, still not received (28th). 1st chase I was promised delivery by the 17th, 2nd chase I was promised 1st class delivery on the 20th, 3rd chase on the 23rd December I was sent proof of postage (conviniently with no actual date of postage shown...) but also showing it had been sent 2nd class, so no chance at all that it would be here for Christmas... Still no reply to my last email asking for the actual delivery date. Shockingly bad customer service, essentially full of lies... First time customer and will never use again. Avoid!

I can only apologise, 2 weeks before Christmas I was bedbound so all orders and social media replies were stopped. they joys of running a small business. Your tracking Royal Mail says your parcel has been delivered.

Processing and shipping time
The entire order processing time is 1 to 2 working days. Delivery time takes 10 to 14 working days. If you are in a remote area, the transportation time may be extended.

Love it!
It always feels a risk buying from somewhere new online but this one definitely paid off. I first bought a gorgeous pink jumper and everyone comments on it, it’s just lovely. Up date still waiting, dreadful service
Up date, my two returned items have finally been refunded (this saga started in May). I still don’t have the third item I ordered and still haven’t been refunded for it. Despite asking & sending a recorded delivery letter. I have also put the payment into dispute with my credit card company. Just like the other lady giving a bad review the owner of this company wrote to me and told me to, ‘Get a life’ and then blocked me! Very rude considering I was asking for a refund for something never received.

They sent the wrong size trainers
They sent the wrong size trainers, I informed them of the problem via email and I was told that I had to pay to return the trainers. (£7.30) that are there terms and conditions policy. It was their mistake.
After several email sent directly to the company Director in which I was accused me of bullying and shouting at her young staff , she then said she would not communicate with me any more.
I returned the trainer and paid the £7.30 The company refunded the cost of my purchase. But having agreed to pay for the return item.. they did not pay
With this company Buyers Beware
