I called DPB plumbing and heating to carry out a routine yearly service on my gas boiler.
From the initial call to the work been carried out I can honestly say this company is extremely professional and I would not hesitate to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
The engineer Dan who came was very polite and even repaired my bath tap free of charge as he was already on site!

Excellent service. Called the receptionist who answered the phone 1st time, an engineer came out within the hour. Leak mended, part replaced on boiler. Both engineers very polite and knowledgeable. No hard sell but it made sense to take out a monthly plan to cover annual servicing and priority callout. Now I have peace of mind.

First class service - as usual. Always prompt, efficient, clean work and service with a smile :) Wouldn't use anyone else!

Was an emergency call for an invalid mother just out of hospital. They we very quick efficient and very polite. Even though unable to replace part- due to age of fire - they were very helpful with suggestions. Highly recommended.

Rang this morning for help with boiler pressure. Appointment this afternoon between 2and3. Bang on 2 o’clock Ian arrived(he’s been before) and went straight to the boiler,did his magic,checked the radiators and it was fixed. Excellent service with a smile and a chat. Would highly recommend this company

We were very pleased with the work carried out by DPB plumbing. We had a new bath and shower unit installed. The work was done to a high standard, all the mess was cleared up and removed and the work completed on time. We will certainly use them again.

Ian came over to do the annual service on my boiler. He was on time, professional, informative and good company. He even responded to an elderly neighbour across the road who needed some boiler advice. Can recommend this company

Ian the DPB representative arrived promptly. He was polite and very courteous.
He carried out the service explaining any issues as he found them.
I find the whole company friendly and very trustworthy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Another great job from DPB Plumbing! Moved my radiator with minimal fuss and left everything clean and tidy. Dan and his team are lovely, very friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble either as they also fixed an unexpected problem with my boiler at the same time.

First class service from Danny. Knowing I was without heating and hot water, he moved around some appointment to get me in ASAP which was really appreciated. Really pleased with my new boiler and would recommend DPB to anyone looking for a local trustworthy, efficient company.

Just moved to the area decided to have the boiler serviced checked on the internet for recommendations and reviews and these were amazing so a quick phone call to customer service was friendly helpful and very professionally. A visit was arranged and poor Ian had the task of informing us of all the defects and a new boiler was required much to our horror ! Within 2 days we had instillation by Rich who worked so hard all day he was polite helpful informative professional and a pleasure to have in our home. So thank you to all the team involved we are very satisfied customers and highly recommend this company from start to finish and we have taken out a service plan with them too for 24/7 peace of mind !!!!

Ian turned up on time and with a smile on his face. He found the fault with our boiler and professionally, efficiently and cleanly solved the problem. Tidied up after himself and very pleasant and polite.

Fitted me a new boiler excellent work by Rob and his mate very professional and tidy and fitted insulation tubes to bare pipes which was a nice finish 👍would recommend and a big thank you to Louise in ths office always very helpful and friendly thank you to all 🙂

Sometimes small jobs are difficult to arrange, but Dan was happy to quote for extending condensate pipe through external wall at a reasonable cost. Expecting to wait a couple of weeks, we were pleasantly surprised to have the job done next day, very neat and tidy.
Definitely recommended.

Prompt responses to my series of (unrelated) boiler problems, even at the weekend. Friendly and efficient service by Ian and apprentice Sam; almost became 'part of the family'!

Dan and team responded swiftly when my boiler broke down. They advised on the most cost effective approach and replaced my boiler within…..days of of my order…
The engineers ( Dan and team) who installed my boiler were friendly, tidy and very efficient. I can't recommend them highly enough !!!
