To save my climbing roses from greenfly etc. I bought ladybird larvae a couple of months ago from Thomson and Morgan, whose supplier is Dragonfli. As there were very few live larvae in the delivery, this was soon rectified by DragonFli. However I have yet to see one ladybird in my garden. Surely they should have hatched by now? These larvae, for what you get, are quite expensive in my view. I don't like to use chemicals but can't see the point of using "green" ecological methods if they don't work. I am very disappointed.

I was desperate for treating a severe infestation of Box Caterpillars. Dragonfli were responsive and helpful and saved my decorative Box Ball and a miniature hedge. The nematodes treatment recommended and used was effective and, I understand, is safe for animals, other plants and children. Hence recommended.

Reliable and great at resolving issues

I've been ordering tiny wasp eggs from them for years to battle the clothes moths population.

During the summer you have to plan more carefully around when you order because there is sometimes a longer lead time to dispatch.

There have only occasionally been issues with the delivery (none of these the fault of dragonfli) and on all occasions they've responded to my emails within a couple of days and sent out replacements.

While the wasp eggs have not eliminated the clothes moths population, they are clearly working as there aren't that many of the moths spotted/trapped. They did manage to wipe out the clothes moths from a particular inaccessible part of the house, so I advocate treating them as soon as you become aware of them.

Ordered pea moth traps. Still not despatched a week later. No-one answering phone. No response to eBay messages. Useless.

Smooth customer service throughout the process. Helped me with all horticultural needs. Will definitely purchase from here again :)

Half of them were dead on arrival as i painstakingly watched for movement underneath my microscope. Also the last review I got a rather interesting response? This is the first we heard from you.. you’ve maybe mistaken us for another company… don’t think so Mr Ives I have all the corresponding messages saved in my chat..

Yet again I’ll leave this negative review for other to view and understand your selling lucky white heather. Nothing more than a charlatan. AVOID AT ALL COST. I will publish the full transcript if you don’t actually acknowledge your faults.

You can’t run a bath mate let alone a company

Bought live ladybirds, was shipped larvae instead, which we can't use for the affected plant. One bag, supposedly containing 25 larvae was completely full of sawdust. No-one answering phone. Completely unprofessional - don't touch.

Doh! I Made a mistake on my order; one quick email to their customer support team and everything sorted out promptly and politely, just like any good company should do.
Have used Dragonfli over the years to keep my Horse Chestnut leaf miner bugs under control. Their products must be made of the right stuff, as my trees remain the greenest, leafiest ones in the neighbourhood, whilst the leaves on the other trees shrivel.

I ordered nematodes for slugs in my garden last year as they started eating my seedlings and they seemed to work great. Had to treat a few times but noticed a big difference. Will use again this year for the few I have in the front garden too. Reasonably priced.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I absolutely LOVE attending this Sports centre's. The staff are Instructors
are always very HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. I attend some great classes. A few of my faves are, Emily's Tone on Wednesday, highly recommend and Lottes TRX on Tuesday and Thursday. All ages and abilities can do attend these classes and all the instructor's make them feel welcome and help them out where needed.
The gym is a well equipped, clean, not over crowed and again all abilities and ages go.
I have made some lovely friend and we have a good time and laugh each week, which make exercise an looking after yourself more FUN..

Bought 4 packets of Trichogramma. 4 weeks later there is more moths than ever. Clearly new hatched ones. Product doesn't work

Superb products and service from Dragonfli. For the first time in three years I have controlled whitefly in my greenhouse. I used the four week program of Encarsia wasps and predatory mites. Orders arrived with clockwork regularity and the packaging was excellent with clear and concise instructions. No chemicals required and barely a whitefly in sight - a huge relief after failing to control with systemic insecticides for the past two years.
Looking forward to a bumper crop of chemical-free tomatoes and cucumbers. Thank you Dragonfli.

They sold me over £150 worth of predators and apon inspection all the bottles has 0 predators in. Emailed the site to be called a liar. Never use this company. Ordered from a different company and could see numerous predators from them so it's just this company that rips people off

I had an issue with my order and contacted customer service. The issue was resolved very quickly. Excellent customer service . I would recommend this company.

I learned about the clothes / carpet wasps on a National Trust visit and we are trying to attach our home problem with them. Dragonfli has supplied a number of wasps via variety of deliveries for the past year or so. On the 2 occasions when I questioned the wasps that arrived Dragonfli offered to arranged a redelivery. Do not hesitate to contact them. Deliveries can be impacted by the weather.
We do think we have a substantial reduction in carpet moths but we monitor this carefully on the pheromone sticky papers, just remember these only attract the males ... taking their DNA out of circulation.

I have used this company for years and never had a problem with my orders. The website is easy to use and nicely designed, showcasing a wide variety of useful beneficial insects available to order. My personal favourite product has been the Leatherjacket Nematodes which have really aided the damage caused to my lawn. I would recommend the Nematodes in general though which can also tackle Chafer Grub and Vine Weevil damage for instance.

Having read the bad reviews i must say agree with them. I purchased Nematodes for Leather-Jackets absolutely rubbish in fact my lawn is worse now than before i used the Nematodes. I think the Leather-Jackets are killing the Nematodes not the other way round. Yes i do agree with the review which described Dragonfli as chancers great description. Terrible Product Stay Clear Avoid Avoid Avoid..

Shockingly poor. Ordered Lacewing and Ladybird larvae but what was delivered was boxes with a very small number of live larvae. Even the replacements were poor and no way would combat the aphid problem we have. Don’t waste your money, it’s snake oil!
