Absolutely fantastic, I called drain doctor after my washing machine backed up and leaked all over.

It soon became clear that the previous owner of the house had done some “creative” plumbing, though this wasn’t the cause of the blockage it certainly created some obstacles.

This was no problem to Kyle, he was professional and thorough with his investigations before quoting a fix.

He cleared the blockage, did a full clean up and even put some of the plumbing back better than he found it.

A very prompt reply to my call for help; a wonderful plumber came out the same day and clearly explained what the problem was and how they could fix it. He went over and above to help me and did an excellent job.

Urgent same day response. Problem dealt with after operative experienced some problems. I was very relieved to get the problem sorted so swiftly.

I had a guy called Kyle out to my house in Whitstable. I think he came from Ashford. I don't leave many reviews, but thought he was excellent. Great manners, explained everything well, fixed the problem properly, kept things as clean as he could, and set an example to the other guy working with him.

Colin and Kenny were great from start to finish, friendly and explained all the information showing me where the issue was and what they were going to do to rectify the problem. Cleaned up any mess they made, even mopped the floors. A real credit to your company and Colin is really good at his job, with Kenny learning.

Engineers were professional and affable explaining the problem and what they were doing to fix it.

From the first call to getting the problem solved, everyone was very helpful and attentive. Problem was reported on Friday and it was resolved by Saturday within less than 24 hours. Amazing stuff

Colin is a very friendly person and he did a great job in digging up and replacing the pipework to the rear of our property, including replacing 2 old manhole covers with new airtight versions. Plus he insisted on coming back in a few days for a final inspection as he had to battle through some unpleasant wet weather conditions and wants to be sure that the job is 100% perfect, which I'm very appreciative of! Great service, would highly recommend.
