Easy to book as an urgent attendance. Driver arrived on time and very quickly found and resolved the sewer blockage. Also took time to show me the video of the problem and give guidance as to future prevention.

Second time I’ve had drain doctor out and again great service. Ended up being an issue with the main sewer being blocked but I wasn’t to know that. The guy is sending me a report so I can get Severn Trent to sort the root cause which was roots.

Facing Christmas with a blocked drain and unable to use the kitchen sink. After 2 days’ effort, 2 previous firms had told us we needed a drain survey and a builder. When my drains became completely blocked due to extensive root growth, I contacted Drain Doctor and was immediately impressed by their prompt response. Two technicians arrived on time and worked tirelessly for a full four hours to resolve the issue. Their dedication and professionalism throughout the job were truly outstanding.
From the moment they started, they kept me fully informed every step of the way. They used camera inspections to show me exactly what was causing the blockage, shared clear photos and videos of the progress, and patiently explained what they were doing and why. This level of transparency made me feel completely confident in their approach and removed any stress from what could have been a very worrying situation.
The technicians were friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Once the drains were fully cleared, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the area spotless as if they had never been there.

Called them on Thursday and they came as agreed on Saturday without charging extra for a weekend. He power jetted the drain and used a camera to see if the drain was collapsing (which luckily it wasn’t). Polite worker and careful with our manhole cover imbedded in ceramic garden tiles.

The plumber (Jake) was efficient and professional. He was a very pleasant chap and was very thorough. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor, and use them again should the need arise.
