Guys were great
Guys were great. Came exactly when they said they would. Identified the blockage quickly, resolved it, and are following up with a quote for piping repairs identified. Took time to explain everything they were doing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely brilliant - will be my go to for future!
I submitted a call on a Sunday morning and they replied to me within a couple of hours and were with me by 1pm. They explained the possible charges on the phone for solutions to my problem so I knew what to expect (and the prices were so reasonable and the fact that there wasn't a difference between rates for weekends and week days AND that there wasn't a call out charge was so impressive and very much appreciated, especially when money is so tight!). The two employees who attended were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and took great care to make sure that they could access the toilet needing sorted without going through the house and making a mess. They were also really lovely to my dog, who was a bit unsettled by their arrival, which I really appreciated. They explained everything they were doing, and fixed my drains with advice on how to avoid blockages and what to do if it happens again!
Absolutely excellent - a huge thank you to the team!
