Drain Doctor - Leicester Reviews 

Thank you so so much to the lads at Leicester. I was having an absolute nightmare with my toilet not flushing properly, and the water kept rising to the top of the bowl when flushed. As a result of this, I had to send my wife and kids away, as the house was not habitable, due to not being able to use the toilet. The lads that came out, they were very knowledgeable. Kept me informed of the process throughout, and were generally very bubbly. They’ve made my house a home once again. Thank you so much. I honestly can’t explain how stressed I was because of this. Drain doctor called me back after completing their online form. I got an appointment within 48-hours and the problem I had was solved there and then.

We rang to report a blocked drain and was told someone would get in touch to help. Not able to offer a timescale, but assured that someone would be in touch. 2 hours later we rang back to enquire of any progress and received the same script, no timescale, as soon as possible. No one ever got in touch, despite our 'case' being 'marked as Urgent'. So, whilst the politeness and professionalism from those tasked with answering calls was of a high standard, we received no help at all, and wasted time which could have been spent by a different company solving the problem. If no one is available, please don't pretend someone will ring...

Absolutely amazing. I cannot fault any of the services that we received. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The engineer who came out to complete the work. Explained everything and was extremely understanding. Due to my brother having learning difficulties. They were very considerate and catered for his needs. Especially when he was struggling to understand
what needed to be done. Well done I would highly recommend Drain Doctor. Infact I already have done. Thanks again

Sent e mail to book Dr Drain Saturday for my elderly neighbour who had a blocked sink .After using a plunger and chemicals still no result. They responded back straight away and Benidict booked a visit for next day Sunday .Communication very good rang to say he is on his way .Arrived on time with ID carried out full survey and quoted for works .Very professional. Cleared all blockage checked all outside sewers with camera and full survey done .Excellent job .Great job Dr Drain .Excellent cost .

Jay was very helpful and checked everything was ok for us even though line was all clear and we did not need to do anything further.

Jay came to unblock my drain and repair what I thought was a major leak - turned out to be a faulty pipe on the washing machine. He cleared my drain and fixed the washing machine at the same time. He also mopped the floor before leaving.
Service was quick, polite and friendly, including that of the people I spoke to on the phone.

Excellent service and very speedy response

Jay had very pleasant disposition and was very efficient and arrived on time good job all round.

I had a blocked toilet, a plumber came but said the problem was in the pipes. I chose Drain Doctor because of their positive reviews. I phoned in the morning and within an hour Jay turned up. He was polite, helpful and hardworking. He wore plastic overshoes when he came in the house.
He put a camera into the pipes and let me look where the blockage was, he jet washed it out and let me see it when cleared. He was efficient, polite and hardworking. I would recommend Drain Doctor to other customers.
