Everything has been done to my satisfaction.The Drain Doctor staff are very good to deal with and are reliable.

The technician who came was very efficient and explained everything carefully.

Absolute first class service. The engineer arrived promptly. Had a look at the issue and explained everything in detail. A price was then given and was really reasonable. The engineer was polite and friendly. A first class job would definitely recommend these guys. I was a little apprehensive at first, being told something needed doing that actually didn’t need doing, didn’t get that with these guys. Felt everything was explained in detail with no added bits 😊. I called out of hours and received a prompt answer from the tele handler who took my details for someone at the local branch to call back - I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much of a response but to my surprise, I received a call back within the hour. I agreed to a technician to visit in the afternoon and received a call shortly after to let me know they were around 30 minutes away.
Jack B (pretty sure that's right but might be Jack P) arrived, gave a quote and started work...... it proved a difficult problem to resolve however, Jack didn't give up and worked tirelessly to fix the problem within the 2hr window allowed for.....
Credit where it's due, great service all round and I would definitely recommend.

Really rude and aggressive. Wouldn't leave without payment up front but was not told this on booking. Didn't do the job that we needed him to do. Asked them to speak to a specialist about what we needed, and apparently told them that they couldn't do the job, but then proceeded to do something else and charge an uplift for it! Tried to speak to someone about the issues and got fobbed off. Waste of money. DO NOT USE

The office staff were as helpful as possible and accommodated our needs to change times.
Jack, the plumber who came was polite, helpful and hard working. He sorted our blocked drain, checked everything carefully and explained what he had done and why.

Jack arrived, diagnosed the problem and sorted it out with minimum fuss. He was knowledgeable, helpful, good humoured and generous with his sound advice on a separate issue that I was concerned about.
In short, excellent service and I would use Drain Doctor (and Jack) again.

Made a call, within an hour someone was with me. Great service from the first phone call until the job was completed. Very knowledgeable, explained the process and was very thorough. No pressure to commit to the job, a little more expensive than expected, but worth the money, as I fully understand what and why things needed doing and what caused the blockage.

Drain Doctor have been really helpful from start to finish. Their representative and plummer, Pete, was friendly and knowledgeable had the work carried out within 2 days. Very professional but reassuring too. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. 10/10

Outstanding service and a top quality engineer that came out. He was brilliant at his job, very thorough and did a full drains up (no pun intended!) clear out of the drainage system.
Really impressed and would not hesitate to recommend. Even more so as they came out the same day too!

Mark, a courteous and professional technician, arrived in a well-equipped van. He promptly diagnosed and resolved the issues in a highly efficient manner.
Drain Doctor would be an obvious choice for similar future problems.

Called Drain Dr 08:30 came out at 10am
Cleared the drain which was blocked up by tenants putting things down the drain they are not supposed to. The gent who came was great introduced himself. Got to work completed the job and left the premises flowing as it should be. Cannot fault the service of the office team to the engineer who came out.
The price is high but they a proper decent job. I highly recommend these guys.

1. Website promises site visit and no-obligation quote. However this was not true for me. I decided to go ahead after being reassured this was standard procedure for CCTV drain survey.
2. Upon arrival to property, technician straight-away claimed his equipment could not carry out survey because our gulleys were old and made of clay. None of this was even hinted at whilst agreeing the work over the phone. However, he promptly offered to do a drain upgrade to new gulleys...
3. Technician then used an existing repair to our soil vent pipe to put a camera down that section of the drain. He charged us £190 for that and a few days later we had a leak in the soil vent pipe.
4. Drain Doctor refused to take any responsibility for the leak and insisted they carried out the service correctly and in a professional manner.
5. They ignored my initial complaint until I threatened (in a second email) to take matters further.
PLEASE NOTE Drain Doctor, I do not expect a public reply from you here. I have discussed everything I needed to discuss with you privately. I am simply sharing my terrible experience.

I was referred to Drain Doctor by United Utilities. Although they initially said they didn’t have plumbers working for them any more Carley did phone back saying they had a couple of technicians who would be able to do the job. However she was not able to get one for Friday afternoon but promised someone would attend late Saturday morning. She was excellent and kept me fully informed all Friday afternoon. The plumber Sid arrived at 10.30am on Sat. He quoted for the job - looking for the meter took a lot of time and was unsuccessful and turned out not to be necessary as he managed to clamp the lower pipe, repair the adjoining copper pipe and replace the stop tap. The job seemed expensive but it was Saturday and an emergency due to water leaking over our car park and the road. Payment was required at the time which was understandable. We were glad to get the water leak stopped. The invoice showing payment received came on Monday morning as Sid promised.
