The technician got the job done remarkably fast and left the workspace clean. The only negative was decidedly high cost, hence the 4 stars rather than 5. Regardless, I’m mostly satisfied with the overall job experience.

Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and advised what our next steps should be. Real asset to have a company like this out and about sorting issues with blockages.

Peter explained in detail how the repairs were to be undertaken. He worked hard all morning in the baking sun and tidied up at the end of the job. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Rang up on Friday and they were there the following morning. Job was completed quickly and to a high standard and they also spotted an issue and suggested a repair that will save me a lot of money.

Fantastic Service
Two men turned up within 30 minutes of me making a phone call. Excellent and funny to chat to they just cracked on with the job. Lifting giant stone covers no problem. They identified a blockage quickly and efficiently and started sorting it. Very satisfied with the results as we now have a free flowing functional septic tank. Would thoroughly recommend this company. Very professional.

The team were super helpful, they had someone out to us within a couple of hours. They were so thorough, going above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved and our drainage system worked perfectly again, even though it was a much tougher job than expected.

Both Techs were very nice, resolved the issue quickly and made sure that I was happy with the work before worrying about any payment at all. Very professional, I would highly recommend. I believe one was named Jack, I'm not sure I got the other man's name.

Drain Doctors were quick, professional, friendly and did a good job.
Engineer Philip Walsh was investigating an issue at the house next door to mine when I asked him about the same issue possibly arising at my house. He was friendly and helpful, and when he finished next door had a quick informal look (without charge) at the drain I was concerned about. He clearly knew his trade very well, immediately found what was wrong, and gave me the office phone number so that (while he was still packing up) I was able to arrange for him to return and deal with my issue the very next day when he came back to carry out the work needed next door.
The office staff were equally efficient and helpful, making the booking straight away, confirming the price, and then phoning as soon as the work was completed so that I could make payment. An excellent service!

The company were professional to the extreme. Phoned in the morning explained we had a collapsed drain. They sent Phil to come and confirm. The very next day by mid morning the drain had been sleeved and was functioning normally.

The technician attended my property within 24 hours, cleared the blockage, and conducted a survey of the pipework to identify any potential issues.
