The team for DreamLivings was excellent and the furniture was exactly as it appeared on the website. My reason for 4stars is that there was a snafu with the order, and despite paying for delivery in-home the delivering company did not get the message--I do not believe that this was DreamLivings fault. However, it caused some distress when the delivery company called 2 days ahead to say they were planning curbside delivery (I live in a walk-up). I phoned DreamLivings who immediately tried to fix it with the warehouse and delivery company; there were still a few more confusing phone calls by the delivery co to me. In the end, the furniture arrived efficiently, was assembled (as paid for), and I got my dream bedframe. DreamLivings was understanding, professional, and very responsive throughout the whole thing!

I love the the Aviator Sofa I ordered from DreamLivings!! It was a great value for the beautiful quality!!😀 It sounds funny but even the box it came in was so sturdy and protective. I have been ordering several item on line and by the time the box is delivered it is hardly in tack! Also Dream Livings delivery men actually bring it in the house at no extra cost verses dumping it on the driveway🙄
The best thing about ordering from DL is the consistent text communication. I was always in the “know” about where my order was and expected delivery. I would highly recommend using DL for online home furnishing orders.

Customer service is excellent. Milan and Borhan are an excellent team.

I ordered a table that was out stock in other stores, but they were able to get it, unfortunately the table arrived damaged, but it was something minor so they gave me the option to get a refund or to have someone fixed the table for me before delivering.I really like that table, it was an unique piece and it could be easily fixed. It got fixed and you cannot even notice were it got damaged.

Borhan was always happy and available to help. he was always in good spirits. I'll order form this store without hesitation, also thee had the best price for the table. Thanks again!

I ordered a beautiful sea blue velvet ottoman to match a TOV chair that I purchased for my newly built closet. The ottoman is very high end and I have gotten so many compliments.

I cannot adequately express the level of my satisfaction with the communication and support I received from the customer service department at DreamLivings, specifically, Noah and Borhan. Both men were extremely quick to respond to my queries and always answered my questions. And they did so with respect and the utmost professionalism.

Noah was very proactive by communicating directly with the company from whom I made my purchase regarding the frustrating delays in shipment of my items. Once my items arrived and were impossible to assemble, Borhan was very patient with my frustration and never once made me feel as if I was being unreasonable. In addition, he offered me a number of options to resolve my issues, which I greatly appreciated.

In the end, I elected to return my purchase, but the customer service I received from both of these men has shown me that DreamLivings is a very professional company that cares for and respects its customers. I will not hesitate to do business with DreamLivings at any time in the future, or to recommend them to others who may be looking for products available through this company. Thank you!
