Great customer service!
If you can have that, you have it all, because when everything goes right it is easy, but when you have an issue, that's when you know if the company is serious or not. I had to cancel my order because I made a mistake, so I could place a new one. Besides getting all the attention I needed, Noah gave me different options to solve my case, and he was great! Plus the price on the barstools were unbeatable! I totally recommend DreamLivings.

Borhan has been exceptional with the entire process. He was so professional and always communicated and made sure that everything was at my satisfaction. He is the best and would shop again just because of how nice and helpful he was to us.

I ordered a side table last week, but found another one today, so I reached out to Dream Livings to ask for a refund. I had an email response within an hour, and a full refund within 3 hours. Typically they charge a 25% restocking fee, but in this case they waived it. Excellent customer service, and although I didn't order from them this time, I would in the future. Great experience.

Hands down the best online company I’ve ever used for ordering products online. Milan was on the phone every day with the shipper to find out the status of my order, then contacting me by either email or phone call to relay the progress of my order. The most polite, hardworking employee I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Not convinced? Call and ask to speak with Milan! Within 2 min you’ll be ordering your product and it will be the best choice you’ve ever made in selecting an online service.

Milan in customer service was amazing. He went above and beyond to try and find the TOV counter stools I ordered when damage was found on the inventory they had in the warehouse. The stools were discontinued nationwide but he tried to find them from another company. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and even gave me 10% off my next purchase. I will definitely do business again with DreamLivings.com.

We just moved into our new house in Portland, and we've been scrambling to fill our home with beautiful modern yet playful furniture. I had been looking for a style just like the Arno sofa, and not sure if I just missed it the first time I was on the site. But I came back to DreamLivings, and i literally found my dream style in the Arno Sofa. I shopped around for a bit, and they literally had the lowest price online. I placed an order for the Arno Sofa, and a few beautiful pillows, and they immediately issued a delivery schedule, and i was contacted the day before delivery. We were given a a 2 hour window, rather than having to wait an entire day as in most cases with deliveries now a days. This couch is seriously gorgeous and comfortable. I will continue to shop DreamLivings first for my future furniture purchase because they truly have the best quality, and the best prices. Also a big thanks to Noah for following up on the rush, and getting this scheduled for a Friday delivery.

Pricing of my item was phenomenal! Loved that they accept Paypal. However, they need to work on communication & shipping. After placing my order, I received no communication from them. I had to email customer service for an update on my order. Their response was quick and they immediately shipped my item and was given a receipt date on a Thursday. After not receiving my item on Thursday, I tracked my item only to learn that the date had been moved to a Monday which was a bit annoying...

Excellent customer service. When my item took longer to ship than anticipated, the team was quick to respond to my inquiries. They also proactively reached out with tracking information early. Very pleasant to work with this team.

Couldn’t ask for much more. I was looking for a midcentry modern velvet bed for our master bedroom and looked everywhere. We found a couple that we really liked, one at horhow, another at DreamLivings. They both looked stunning, and I ordered a fabric sample, and we just loved the Reed bed navy color. We pulled the trigger, and Although admit I was a little reluctant ordering online, their customer service was amazing. The bed was just delivered and it is stunning. Exactly the color we had in mind, and a fraction of the cost we would have paid at horchow.
