Great customer service! I was a first-time customer with Dreamware Tech, and I was in need of a specific RAM module that was in stock with their suppliers. Jess communicated with me via WhatsApp and informed me about their order process, which reassured me, as I’m used to the quick 'purchase and deliver' process. Nonetheless, it was an overall great experience. My PC has been upgraded, and I did not expect a handwritten thank-you card with white chocolate to come with it.

I recently ordered a keyboard from Dreamware Tech and I’m really impressed with the whole experience. It definitely felt like a premium experience. Delivery was quick and arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was solid and secure, so there was no worry about damage during shipping. What stood out the most though was the customer service. They were friendly, responsive, and made the process smooth from start to finish.

I could not be happier with the exceptional service I received from Brent and Jess. I ordered a new laptop from Dreamware and I was kept updated every step of the way as to the progress of the order. The service is personal, professional, and anything but salesy. I never felt as though I was being sold to, or I was just another customer who wanted to buy a laptop. I was allowed time to make my decision and whenever I had a question they were there to help.

I decided to move forward with Dreamware - despite them being located in another province and despite receiving good quotes from other companies. Why? Because of their exceptional customer service!
