My consultation was with Blessing and she was wonderful. Very thorough with her questions, yet kind and empathetic. She referred me for CBT and a sleep study. I received the device in the mail within a couple days. I had my follow up today and she went through the results in detail. We discussed next steps and she got a referral started. Would definitely recommend!

Leaving my original 5 star review below for posterity, I unfortunately need to significantly lower my overall score because the actual sleep study results were very disappointing. I’ve done multiple sleep studies in the past at 3 different sleep labs. The idea of doing one at home wearing nothing more than what was basically a smart watch sounded too good to be true, and that’s what it turned out to be. The results were not just a little out of sync with the professional lab results, they were completely and totally off the wall. According to their results, I had fewer than 20% of the interruptions that I have had in even my best laboratory session (and fewer than 5% of what I have had at my worst). That’s just impossible. And there were other oddities, like it said that I spent 100% of the night on my right side, when I fall asleep and wake up on my left side every day (and toss and turn a lot through the night). My basic takeaway is that these tools are just not ready yet. That’s not necessarily Dreem’s fault, and the people I’ve interacted with have all been lovely, but I have no confidence in the data or diagnosis. Will be going in for a real sleep study.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I have been impressed by the ease of the process and the knowledge of the individuals I’ve interacted with. I admit being skeptical of a telehealth approach to a sleep study beforehand but I’m feeling very good about my choice now.

I can't recommend Dreem Health enough! From the very first consultation, their team was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me achieve better sleep. They provided personalized advice and innovative solutions tailored to my specific needs, including sleep coaching, relaxation techniques, and sleep-friendly product recommendations.
Thanks to their guidance, I’ve noticed a remarkable improvement in the quality and duration of my sleep. I wake up feeling more refreshed, energized, and ready to tackle the day. The customer service was outstanding—supportive, friendly, and always available to answer my questions.
If you're struggling with sleep issues or just want to enhance your nightly rest Dreem Health is the perfect partner. Their expertise truly made a positive difference in my life, and I’m so grateful for their help!

Honestly didn’t expect much but my nurse practitioner was amazing. Actually felt like she listened to me, which never happens. I did the sleep test at home, was really easy. She explained my results in normal words, no doctor talk. I finally know what’s up with my sleep and I feel so much better. Would definetely recommend this to anyone struggling with their sleep.

They do not mention any cost and after the intial consultation they send you a bill. Very fraudulent way of handling business, definitely do not recommend this website.

I did not have a good experience with this provider! I thought it would be more convenient to work with a sleep provider online. Dreem Health claims they will be more convenient and help you order your CPAP supplies or whatever you need after a quick consultation. The consultation went fine, but then more than a week later a “care coordinator” gets on the app and starts requesting documentation that was not easy for me to track down. They wanted my original sleep study, which I got and uploaded. Then they say they need it with a doctor’s signature and wanted it uploaded with the study all in one document. Then you think you’re done, but a few days later they say they need the medical chart notes that led to the sleep study referral etc. All the while I thought they had ordered my supplies when thy had not. They are suppose to be sleep doctors and specialists but clearly they are not. Otherwise they would not need to rely completely on previous provider information just to start helping you. What was the point of the consultation? Why were they not upfront about what they needed? So frustrating!! I wanted to do this online because my other sleep specialist was 100 miles from my home. I was hoping to save time and money but this service was a complete waste of my time. I ended up having to go back to my other provider which was not ideal but better than dealing with these jokers.

Nice enough people but ends up being kind of a scam. They referrred me to University of the Pacific - a dental sleep place - to be fitted for a mouthguard. Well University of the Pacific NEVER returns calls or emails. So...I paid hundreds of dollars for a dead end? Thanks for nothing. Don't waste your time or money.

The website says that they will investigate my sleep as a prescription health service using the well-known Dreem sleep tracker, which is not sold anymore to the public. In fact, however,
1. The phone number is never reachable
2. When addressing them via email, the response is only a copy-pasted standard text that doesn't answer any individual questions. Replying them back and asking for details I am actually interested in is ignored.
3. The website doesn't provide any useful details, not even basic information such as: Will the Dreem headband stay with me or is it only lent for the medical investigation? What parameters are measured? Is there any app for Android/ios and if so, does it show any details about my sleep as the app for Dreem 2 did?
The Dreem gadget was reputed once. It was sold as "Dreem 2". When transitioning to this new doctor's prescription based model, they made service for their Dreem 2 device unavailable, already during the time of guarantee of the sold devices: I tried to reach that Dreem 2 hotline both via email and via phone in Paris (Rhythm SAS on Google maps). Nothing answers. See also the other unsatisfied more recent user reviews on the Play Store. I hoped that now for the Dream 3 device, provided purportedly via this dreemhealth.com website, they do provide service and a motivated hotline. This is unfortunately not the case. I do not understand how they make business or if they actually closed down and it is just the website running on and on, automatically answering incoming email with a standard text... :-(
My above review was from 2023.
update August 2025: I was surprised that this enterprise dares to respond to my review, bc today, their website is even worse than it was before. Essentially everything removed, except a possibility to write a message. Of course, if their response here on Trustpilot would have been that they relaunch the good quality, publicly available full-fledged Dreem2 device, I would have immediately changed this review from 1 star to 5 stars and would have bought the Dreem 2. That device gave control to the people, it gave the full data to the people, it was reputed. It was customer oriented and presented (for a mobile device) state of the art sleep data. These guys, however, are still struck with their crappy castrated dreem 3 device, it does almost nothing, and even that little is via doctor only. Patients are not empowered but pay many times as much and get essentially nothing. Please close down and please somebody reopen a business selling the full dreem2 device.
