I finally addressed my sleep issues after struggling for years. Alexandra listened to my concerns and feel like we have a good plan to help me get off pills and be more rested.

Very Informative and I felt comfortable talking with Dr. Willis

Talking with Mary Beth Willis felt like talking to a well informed friend. She is so kind and knowledgeable. Looking forward to seeing my test results and discussing them with her. Thank you so much for hearing me, not just another patient. Various sleep apnea devices for home testing were recommended based on what we had discussed and she really paid attention.

Lack of Transparency, Timeliness, Honesty, and Accountability

I sought treatment with Dreem Health for about three months, but ended my relationship with them after repeated issues related to billing and communication with their team. During my time as a patient, Dreem:

- Billed me incorrectly (and dramatically more than appropriate, as per my insurance), without proactively correcting the issue.
- Failed to clearly communicate their billing practices.
- Refused to clarify their billing practices in writing.
- Failed to timely respond to billing questions.
- Failed to respond to billing questions altogether upon request for additional information, in writing.
- Refused to allow me to speak synchronously to someone in their billing department.
- Failed to timely provide my personal medical records upon written request.
- Continued to bill my insurance provider after I had discontinued treatment (the discontinuation was confirmed in writing by Dreem).

Ironically, Dreem is proactive in claiming they’re owed money. They recently sent a particularly aggressive message to me: “To avoid escalation, please settle your balance immediately.” Notably, the 45-day-old bill did not list a due date and was the subject of outstanding questions with their billing department.

In all, I’ve spent 3 - 4 hours (and many more hours of stress and worry) dealing with Dreem—with no end in sight given their enduring communications and internal logistical challenges.

I would personally never again trust Dreem with anything as important as medical treatment or advice—given their course of conduct clearly establishes a lack of transparency, timeliness, rigor, and honesty in their billing and communications.

Many of their recent 5-star reviews on this platform strike me as highly suspicious, and most likely fake. My experience aligns with many of the 1-star reviews here complaining of billing policies and practices lacking in transparency.

Harassing emails and outrageous cost!

They kept changing my appointments and the cost was outrageous. They still keep sending me threatening emails on my $100 remaining balance. Would not recommend this company.

The doctor was awesome 👌🏽, absolutely grate experience. Her name is N.P Lauren Henrey, trust me when I say she is joy to work with it and she knows her stuff. Almost didn't want the video call to ens lol . Most definitely learnt more about my sleep apena.

Kaitlyn has been amazing
