They go through a menu that acts like they are taking your insurance provider and seeing if you are in network, then schedule an appointment as if it will be covered with insurance - right after the visit I got a demand to self pay the full cost of the appointment. They did not respond after multiple attempts and finally when they did they simply stated they are not in network.

I wouldn’t use this again. I also was asked to do a test and thankfully I didn’t complete it because they asked me to do multiple days and each day would have been charged at $199

My practitioner was amazing, explained everything very well.

They sent my cost estimate for the appointment I had WHILE I was in the appointment saying that they were NOT in network even though when I booked the appointment they stated very clearly that they WERE in network. If you don’t have an extra 600$-700$ DO NOT trust that they actually take your insurance. Because they will tell you after your appointment that they don’t and STILL mail you the study supplies and charge you for them even if you already canceled your appointments and stated you did not want to do the sleep study.

Jamila Battle is the best there is! She went above and beyond to help me get my sleep machine. I’ve never had a Dr. care as much as she does!

Very good going over everything

This was fascinating and worth every cent! Super easy to do and access and Nikkie was amazing stepping me through the results.

It took only 22 days from the first time I heard about them and booked my appointment to get tested, having my practitioner and mask appointments, and receiving the cPAP machine!! Every other things with them were as exceptional as their timing!

The whole process was easy (although getting the result was not) and I felt a lot of trust in Erin - she was patient and helped me to understand the data collection process and the results.

Very easy test done in the comfort of you own bed. Non intrusive device to monitor sleep.

The vendor you sent me to provide the CPAP as been dragging their feet for three weeks now. I’m very disappointed. I still need to find someone to provide me with the supplies to keep my sleep apnea going.

I left my appointment more educated, more hopeful, and happy to know someone out there understands and can sympathize with where I’m at in life. My telehealth Dr asked me all the right questions, patiently waited for me to explain myself which at time can be hard when you’re so tired, and she ensured we will get somewhere. I’m excited to do the at home study, excited to start finding a way to sleep better. Thank you guys!

Everything was streamlined, easy to use system, simple visits via zoom, but very detailed in the diagnosis and treatment. Great service!

I was not sure about this program at first because of how it was introduced but I am very happy with the results so far.

I was under the impression all the visits would be a set 145, but my second visit cost 235. The test kit they sent claimed I slept 7 hrs staight where I may have slept 2, and that my blood oxygen level got as low as 60%. You should be going to the hospital at 80%, I would be dead if it got that low. They were supposed to get me an appointment with a local sleep study clinic but never did. Buyer beware.
