I filled a thrill when I found a beautiful smile on my mother’s face when she was gifted a nice red party dress by me. It was her birthday and the dress was a nice red dress. She then wondered and delighted a lot. Thereafter her felicities impaired the whole cramped. She became speechless for first few moments. Abruptly she brought me on her chest and bless me. It was really an amazing moment.

I bought a red dress for my mom, it just took 5 days to arrive, so my mother get the gift before her birthday. The size and color suits her very much. I will buy again later for my sister.

Mother is the best gift for her child in the world. So making mom happy by gifting her is the best job in the world. I did the same thing by gifting her a nice red party dress this week. She could not believe her eyes. She became very happy. She started to praise me a lot as I brought the whole world in her hand. She then called me near to her and blessed me. It was so inspiring.

Terrible slow customer service - when purchasing online, I immediately realised I had purchased the incorrect product (a child's toy which I realised was not the brand/genuine product I thought it was).
Having immediately contacted the customer services team via email, I had to wait for slow staggered responses, i.e. asking me WHY I wanted to cancel the order, etc. Then a response came back that the products are great and they're sure I will be happy with them, and to send them back if I am not...er, I will have to PAY for return postage?! And the items hadn't been processed for dispatch, I asked to cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it!!! Questionable products, and check the reviews below with very Western names, yet incredibly broken English.... some might say they are made up....not that I am saying this of course.

A month after receiving my order (which took a long time to arrive!) I received a bill from FedEx charging me nearly half of my order cost again on import tax! I was promised free delivery - this is hardly free is it? I've sent several messages and they have all been ignored - disgraceful service!!

Yesterday I bought a red party dress for my mom and it was a red share. When I unbox the dress in front her eyes, she couldn't believe her eyes and got surprised. She was very excited as it was my first gift to her. She was so happy that she found the whole world in her hands. The tears of happiness were starting to flow from her eyes. She happily dragged me to her chest and prayed for my success. It was really a great moment.

Very professional customer services, prompt reply on Messenger and Facebook. No hidden/ delivery charges as I used to pay delivery charges on other online stores. Keep it up! Five star service!

Terrible... I've been waiting nearly a month and my items have not even shipped.

Wow! I should rate this store more than 5 stars if I would be permitted. I ordered a shirt and the quality was super high, the shirt was meant for my partner as a token appreciation for always being there for me and Yes, He loves it and was very happy

When ordering online I am always afraid that what I will get will not be the same as on the product photos. I have ordered from other websites and most of the times I was disappointed that the shipping is too slow and the items are not the same as on the photo and with very poor quality. However my experience with Dresslink was amazing! I ordered a classy bag and it arrived in less than 2 weeks and it looks even better in real life! I am very happy with my purchase, great value for low price! Whenever I use my bag, I always got loads of compliments

Ordered a dress mid September for an event in mid October. Was supposed to the dress in 4-7 days... I didn't get it until October 31st! The dress didn't fit at all because the linning was ridiculously short! My butt literally was hanging out. I emailed customer service asking for a refund and they say is " will you send us a picture so we can make it better next time?" That is so inappropriate and they don't seem to care that their customer is upset. Don't order from them!

The items arrived exactly as described and on time - what else do you really need from an online store. Overall great experience.

My husband got me the green snakeskin bag. I was reserved with my reaction but to be honest with I love him more for getting this for me. It is just so pretty and it looks so adorable. For the first time ever, I haven't been critical about his gift choice. I was more shocked when I heard he got this from Dresslink which isn't something he knew of for sure. He made the effort and got me this beautiful little handbag for me. He is getting big points for this...LOL!
