I have had a positive experience working with Drip Capital as a trade finance partner in the coffee business. For small- and mid-sized importers, access to working capital is often one of the biggest growth constraints, and Drip provides a solution specifically structured for cross-border trade.
I also want to highlight Pejush Jal, our account manager. He has been professional, responsive, and truly supportive throughout the process. His communication and attention to detail make a big difference.

Lack of Communication and Transparency
I have made multiple requests for account statements and clarification on how my payments are being applied. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have not received any response. This lack of communication and transparency is highly concerning for a financial services provider. Clients should be able to expect timely responses, clear documentation, and accountability regarding their accounts. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with Drip Capital, and I cannot recommend this company based on their current practices.

Good website but..
Company legal document is one sided and probably illegal if someone takes them to court. Website is very good and funding mechanism is fast. Contract don't mean anything as they can reduce line at any time. Overall good company if you have your cash flows in order and can pay them back in time. But cannot rely on them to build up or in times of hardship. They exit out before even losses pile up. No rationale is given.
