I have been trying to get a hold of Drip Capital for a few weeks now, and no one answers their phone, and no one returns my call I am not sure if they are actually located in the US or not.-As of 9/30/2025 I still have not heard a word from Drip Capital, I even emailed them at the address they replied with below ...crickets

The company is doing everything as promised. Their process to pay each invoice is a little bit over-complicated, as they require a 20% pre-payment and an e-Sign for each invoice. They could just scrap the prepayment and make ONE contract work for all disbursements instead of having to sign each one.

Having said this, the people are very helpful and guide you all the way. I will keep doing business with this company and would recommend them for other businesses.

Be vigilant. This is not a company that operates on honesty and integrity.

The customer care at DRIP is exceptional, with a dedicated account manager always available to attend to our needs. Our first account manager, Pablo, was good, but communication improved significantly with our new account manager, Pejush Hal. Pejush is incredibly informative and helps us secure funding promptly.

When we first started with DRIP, the lead time for funding an invoice was 1-2 days. However, with the recent improvements to the online portal, the entire funding process has become more streamlined, enabling same-day funding, even when onboarding a new supplier.
