Worst ever experience. I published my add in search for suitable candidates for a Job , it’s full of crap and irrelevant responses .
Would suggest never to rely on this platform as it would be a waste of money .

I paid Dubizzle to promote my ad, but when I tried to edit the ad details, they deleted it without refund.

I had forgotten the previous warning, and they refused to offer any solution.
This is not fair — customers shouldn’t lose their money like this.

I feel cheated. I’m disappointed and warn others to be careful.

I purchased Volkswagen Teramont 2019 model with on 13th June 2025 from Dubizzle, Dubai. I did a test drive one week before I purchased and noted that the AC functioning behind in the middle row and rear row was not not functioning properly. They told me that it will be rectified before the sale agreement is signed. I signed the sale agreement on 13th June 2025 and brought the vehicle from Dubai to Abu Dhabi by a recovery vehicle for registration in Abu dhabi. The moment the vehicle arrived Abu Dhabi, the driveer told me that the AC is not at all functioning. I raised the complaint immediately with Dubizzle but there was no reply from them and I waited for 2 days. Eventually I went to a garage in Mussaffah and they told me the the rear Evaporator has to be replaced. The cost plus labour charges was AED 4,300. I sent the invoice copy to Dubizzle and asked for a reimbursement. They declined saying that it should have been checked before signing the sale agreement. This is totally not acceptable as the AC complaint happened on the same day the sale agreement was signed. They were deliberately hiding the AC issue to the customer. I send many correspondence in this regard. I even asked for a 50% reimbursement. But they ignored my request.
I strongly recomend customers to be eextra careful while dealing with Dubizzle. Please make sure that you check everything meticulously before getting into an agreement with them. They are hiding many things. Once the deal is over, they wash their hands.

I have spoken to customer service several times regarding the new update to the site layout. I also received an email response asking me to describe the problem, which I have already done multiple times, yet nothing has been changed.

Frankly, I don’t know who is responsible for the website updates, but I believe they are not doing a good job. An update is supposed to make things simpler and easier for users—not harder and more complicated.

The previous layout was simple: when you click on a picture of an ad, you were immediately taken to a page where you could scroll through the photos of the product—whether it was a car, property, or something else. Now, you have to go through three different pages just to get to that point. I don’t know which university taught this kind of UX design, but it’s extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, not well thought out.

I used to love using Dubizzle, but since the recent changes, I’ve started using other websites because, honestly, it’s just not as convenient anymore.

This review is for sellers selling with dubizzle.

First thing you have to go to them for inspection. Average wait is 2 hours. Time waste.
Selling fees. Waaaay too high. I was being charged around 12000aed just selling on fee. Not worth it. Will recommend other companies like Car switch.
Customer Viewing. New rule they expect the seller not to see the customer. Very silly idea. Therefore I removed my ad. Wasted time and money with Dubizzle cars. Never again.
Use Car switch. 100x better in every way.

Bad experience with this company, with false commitment given from their side and not honored, big time waste dealing with Dubizzle to sell your car, not professional nor proper valuation for the car, they drop the price for you compared to other dealers

28 Mar 25:-We paid 103 online and chose to use the Dubizzle platform to sell our car, agreeing to pay AED 2599 in fees once the sale is completed at the fixed final price of AED 58000/-

02nd  April 25 We  acknowledged the contract and sent it to the appropriate Dubizzle staff. Unfortunately, their internal team seemed  completely confused after we submitted the contract  as I received multiple messages regarding it. Finally, on April 4th at 14:07, they confirmed that they had received the contract. Since then, there have been no updates from the relevant Dubizzle department
On April 6th, we received a message indicating that a client was interested in purchasing our car, and we scheduled an appointment for April 12 at 2:00 PM. We both canceled our weekend plans and began the countdown. However, after experiencing their service, I became convinced that this appointment was merely a sales tactic and would be canceled at the last moment, which indeed happened; we received a cancellation message on April 12 at 11:00 PM .
On 14th April: we received a new message stating that we suggest raising your listing price from AED 58K to AED 53,900. This could help your car get noticed and draw in more buyers. However, by April 20th April, there was still no response from Dubizzle
We have concluded that we should not rely solely on this platform and have chosen to seek assistance from an alternative platform. Fortunately, within 2-3 working days, XYZ platform finalized the agreement. We regret to inform Dubizzle platform that we are quite dissatisfied with your service.
And we hoped for Dubizzle success in the future.

If you are trying to sell your things on classifieds, don't waste your time putting up ads. The site is full of scammers& bots. They'll have 100s of "people" message you but never serious, of low ball <70% of your sale price OR they just ghost you after asking "Is it still available?" . JUST A WASTE OF TIME, DONT BOTHER.

worse service ever. only wants to make money. no service for clients.

Lack of transparency

I payed advertising to sale my car through dubbizle and I payed 500 aed which I think it’s extremely expensive I find that 50 aed it’s fair price also all people who were make enquiry dissappear after one msg and also strange people calling like their buyer but in the back there’s call center they re calling other car seller also I don’t believe that the people who were call me and msg me were genuine buyer

You have to pay to sell a motorbike, after one month they ask you money again, even if you don't sell it, to keep the add active.
And rarely you sell smtg on this platform..disaster!!

I would never recommend job seekers to use this app! Most job ads are a SCAM! They would immediately reply to your application and send an interview invite. When you get to the area, it's always a bad looking office set up and location. They would then ask you for specific amount of money (500aed as per my experience) as a deposit to secure the job! I didn't fall for it but what about the others who did? Shame on you!

Dubizzle is just making money and not helping to sell the car, they told me first some amount & we will get some serious buyers for you then my card has suddenly become not up to the mark & they cant help me out & asking to pay more money for marketing

Do not recommend to sell car and pay for "featured" with dubizzle, they take extra payments and it simply does not work, I am not getting any messages for 3 days since my add went live, hardly any viewing of my posting and though i paid for Featured my add is invisible in all the adds. Customer service staff is not understanding the customers and advises to find the add by filtering ( car brand and model)... when i say i got no messages or calls from potential buyers and do not see my add when i go through all the adds in last few days... they take payments but nothing happens, really struggle to sell car with them even when i pay extra...

Booked and paid for a classified ad on a Friday, Dubizzle told me late Sunday night it was live, Monday night still can't find it! Disappointing.

Mahmoud Mohammad Alkayem in OST properties puts me off by making a raciest comment which I didn’t approve of ,gave me a very bad image of his company and made it difficult for me to rent from him , on top of that, he didn’t answer my messages right away .. so disappointed ☹️ I have never experienced this before in UAE throughout my stay here.. and I rented before in jvc , Dubai ..which is a way much prestigious place.. I inquired about.

Had the car one week and checked with a full inspection report. It has leaked coolant all over the floor and not able to drive it at all. Tried contacting dubizzle with no response.

Dubbizle Pro changed rules and conditions suddenly while my car was already on their platform, they took it out without any discussion, the reason was that dubbizle pro decided not to advertise any auction history cars even if they are inspected and has a warranty and service contract from agency. it was a breach of terms between customers without any discussion or prior notice. not professional at all. highly NOT recommended

I paid for the service ad on December 9 until now I didn’t finish this issue because they are very busy on inspection team
