I had a great experience with the Dubizzle Team every time, whether it was sale or purchase. The inspections and checks give a great overview of the car based on visible condition, and they explain every detail to me patiently. I was able to join for the inspection. I’d always work with Dubizzle again.

I paid 1363.95 AED on the website dubizzle.com for an ad, and immediately after the payment was processed, my account was blocked and marked as scam. I contacted the website's support team, and they justified this by stating that I am not a resident of the UAE. Then, I requested a refund, but it was denied. no one clearly notifies that the platform is only for residents and does not prevent registration. Everything is aimed at getting money and then refusing to place an ad, money is not refunded.

They need to improve the time to reply on fraud listing, its been three days i have reviewd a fraud listing which i am being victim of. they havent replied yet on that and still no action.

They destroyed car market charging high prices for setting advertise
They opened their 'own' showroom with a staff at the lowest level without any experience about sales and car market
This the classic case of who want all and get nothing at the end

Scam they charge you for 599 AED for posting ads but its not working.

only few of Dubai property adz are controlled bal for all other emirates full time scammer real estate agents and agencies posting scamming property adz. when ever contacted for the unit advertised they said its rented or sold and ad is live many weeks and months.if they say its rented then why its still online posted? i dont understand where is the control of quality check compliance about scam agencies and agents posting of outdated scammer property adz?

Absolutely useless , paid deposit on a car that was a total write off and had fake registration , reported the seller to Dubbizle numerous times , car still for sale on their website , I pity the person that eventually buys this worthless car.

This is the most overrated site. Your adverts are super annoying. Will NOT be on this site for anything. Stop with the adverts already.

Paid for selling car through Dubizzle. Before check out it was mentioned that they will send a photographer to take photos of my cars but next day someone called up to instruct me to bring the car to Al Qouz for inspection and photography. Also, he said they might offer me a prize to buy the car, which wasn’t mentioned it as part of the T&C. I don’t understand why do Dubizzle take success fee of 2,500 when they will buy a car from me. Looks like a total scam due to lack of transparency.

They are just scammers. I wanted to buy a car, discussed with the representative the fees they would charge, once i agreed i got the contract where they state 3 kinds of service fees, 2 are visible and a 3rd one is in the fine print that they only will tell you once you want to settle the payment. This is misleading to all buyers.I'm sure if you bring them to court, the judge would fine them big time. I advise all of you, stay away from these people. They are not honest and they only thing they care is charging fees and fees again, without any clear explanation. Buy from official dealers or private persons, don't use their services, it will cost you

My recent experience with Dubizzle has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by incompetence, mismanagement, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

It all began when I entrusted Dubizzle to facilitate the sale of my car. Despite agreeing on a sale price of 25K AED, Dubizzle's commission amounted to a staggering 2,100 AED, which was deducted as a "succession fee." However, the transaction quickly unraveled when the buyer discovered issues with the odometer and backed out. Subsequently, the buyer agreed to purchase the car for 18K AED.

What adds insult to injury is the misguided advice given by Dubizzle's sales agent. I was convinced that conducting the local transfer from Sharjah to Dubai would save both time and money, despite the buyer needing to collect the car from Dubai. As a result, I was forced to travel to Sharjah for the local transfer, incurring additional expenses of around 320 AED, when a tow truck would have cost only 150 to 200 AED.

In an attempt to salvage the situation, Dubizzle agent said they could request to waive off the succession fee, and the buyer would pay me 18K for the car. However, until they received approval from management, they would keep the car in their yard, as it couldn't be driven due to no plate, insurance, and registration, despite us already completing the transfer from Sharjah to Dubai.

However, this fleeting solution soon turned into another debacle when the buyer backed out again, leaving me stranded with a car I couldn't register under my name.
Dubizzle's negligence became glaringly apparent when I attempted to register the car, only to discover that the mortgage from the buyer (who backed out) was still active, rendering the registration process impossible.

Despite assurances from Dubizzle, the resolution of this issue remains elusive, with no concrete timeline provided for when the mortgage will be cleared. In the meantime, I am left in limbo, unable to drive the car and burdened with the additional inconvenience and uncertainty.

Dubizzle's lack of accountability and failure to uphold basic standards of professionalism have made this entire ordeal a harrowing experience. As a platform that purports to facilitate seamless transactions, Dubizzle has fallen woefully short, leaving customers like myself stranded in a quagmire of incompetence and mismanagement.

In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dubizzle to anyone seeking to buy or sell a car. The litany of issues I have encountered underscores the urgent need for Dubizzle to reassess its practices and prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.

well i believed in their slogan "no hustle no bustle" so i decided to use their service to sell my 2023 volkswagen teramont. everything is good until i went to their car inspection center. rude treatment, making you feel unwelcomed, i was asked to put my car in the middle of nowhere despite they have a parking space inside. i left and then i was promised a home inspection as a compensation, they ghosted me, from my dialogue with one of their CS team and his manipulative way i understand that this is part of the plan to force you sell to them in lower price than the market.

bought an ad feature that supposed to last 3 days but instead my ad expired 1 day after and it was deleted. after contacting they informed me that it's expected behavior with awful broken English so there's that too. the website itself is pretty terrible and has many issues like logging you out constantly and having to refresh the page because it doesn't recognize a logged in account. things as simple as editing the price of an item have to go through a manual review and these reviews can take more than six hours at a time which is just utter incompetence from this scummy "service"

So I am buying my first car from Dubizzle and I thought it would be a hassle free and amazing customer journey.
Well to be honest it was the most tiring and frustrating experience in my life every department is just concerned about themselves and not the customer experience.
I had to share my documents individually with every department.
My sales agent was out of town so his manager who was assigned to me was a very disrespectful man who absolutely did not know how to speak to a person let alone a woman and kept arguing with me rather than listening to my concerns. He would not respond to my msgs and ignored all calls made.
The only two people who went out of their way was my Resignation Agent Mr.Ranjodh and Mr.Imtiyaz from the finance department.
tomorrow is my day of registration I still don't know what else is coming my way, overall the excitement is lost It's just like work now which I would want to get over with.
Overall if you are a first time car buyer please think twice before buying with Dubizzle.
I have no complains with the quality of car but the organisations needs to work on its customer journey.

I placed an ad to sell my car and paid AED239 and they rejected it saying misleading heading. My heading literally just has the make and model of car, how is that misleading. I've edited it twice now and sent it in but still the same. I've emailed them asking why they keep rejecting but no answer. If you look at their guidelines, it's very clear that they are doing everything just to keep people's money. Every single guideline says, if you do this and that, no refund?? How are they getting away with this, it's insane. I've done nothing wrong

on posting a job, their platform accepts the submission and payment then rejects the ad due to reasons and guidelines unexplained, and boom no refund afterward
