Horrible experience, despite waiting for long time to sell my car and after many price discounts based on their recommendations. They didn’t give me the rest of my money till now claiming that I agreed for a lower price.

Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all costs

worst service. very disappointed. Even after paid u will get lots of problems and ur add get rejected or prohibited without any notice.

Scammers.. I paid for inspection and advertising my car for sale. They inspected my car and reverted me that my car rating is 6.8 and to advertise the car min. 7 rating is required , here comes the cheater trick . In order to advertise I need to pay 499 what the hell. Its just scam to cheat people in a way to get the Money on false reports. Please avoid dubizzle. Scam scam scam

Full of scammers be very careful! Its seems as app owners do nothing to ensure customers don't get scammed on this app as anyone can open an account and no option to rate or review if they are genuine seller.

I have been trying to publish an ad for my used furniture on Dubizzle. So far made three attempts, but the ad keeps getting rejected for "Prohibited Items". On the Ad Rejected notification, I also find a link to an FAQ with a list of multiple unrelated definitions for prohibited items (none of which match my ad) so I can never know what specific reason my ad was rejected. Very frustrating to say the least..... And then we must waste our time writing to the support team.

The dubizzle used to really good. Since 1-2 years it got really awkward, the moderation team at the moment delete listings and account without any details of reason or without any issue being done by the lister. Dubizzle management needs to look at the current moderation team, other wise they will lose loyal customers since years like me. Regards!

who ever sitting in the manager office, you need to learn or to teach your team about customer work.
im more then 10 years with dubizzle sometimes i pay even for adds to give dubizzle some money for the work , but now its done, a SIMPLE E BIKE POST is in your eyes a scam. A e bike ! and , you move a synth rack to a section what is FAR from any people what need this kind of items , oh and your scam things , many times send screenshoots about ALL this scams , but all thgis people still in dubizzle , i can see in few seconds the ID, the location and numbers , WHY your team is NOT smart enough to block all this guys ? you need some help then you can call me ! its a shame how good was dubbizle many years ago but now , no words anymore , unprofessional and not good anymore ! oh and answer from the support team i never get ! shame !

its a fat bike - a nornal fat bike - and this guys tell me the cyling biking section is wrong - god damm , what for .......NO words !

Dubizzle has gone down the drain, especially after being taken over by OLX, Bayut or whoever-has-the-money-but-no-brains.

Posting simple ads has become a pain, since all of a sudden the ad becomes 'Misleading', 'Spam' or Miscategorised' for no reason (either way, no reason is given, other than these labels!)

Dubizzle should replace their IT team, since their ad posting criteria is really unworkable.
Or perhaps they should offer training workshops to disgruntled users to train them on how-to-post-ads-on-a-website-that-is-desperate-for-funds-and-does-not-work-for-anyone.

I tried staying loyal to Dubizzle for 12 years. I think its time to say goodbye!

Don't waste your time posting Ads there, I've been working on ad for over an hour, at the end of the process they ask me to pay in order to post it. They've should mentioned that first thing.
