I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Dubbizle's customer service, or lack thereof. Despite being a regular user of their platform, I encountered a problem with placing an advertisement that went unresolved for an extended period.

For three consecutive days, I followed their instructions meticulously, attempting to place an ad on their platform. Despite my best efforts, the ad failed to go live. Frustrated, I reached out to Dubbizle's support team multiple times through various channels, expecting prompt assistance. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with silence. Not only did I not receive any resolution to my issue, but I didn't even receive acknowledgment of my inquiries.

The lack of responsiveness and support from Dubbizle's customer service team was truly appalling. As a user who relies on their platform for various transactions, this experience left me feeling undervalued and neglected. It's disheartening to see a company that I once trusted fail so miserably in delivering basic customer service.

I strongly advise potential users to exercise caution when using Dubbizle's services, as their customer service is sorely lacking. Until they address these fundamental issues and prioritize customer satisfaction, I cannot in good faith recommend their platform to others.

Signed up for their pro service to sell my car. By far 1 of the most unprofessional cowboy companies I have come across. No one there has a clue what they are doing. They don’t listen at all and simply no one there wants to actually do their job! Really regret using their service despite them selling my car.

Dubizzle is the Worst AD Portal. They have cheap way of collecting Money from people then next day they delete AD. I would never recommend anyone to waste their money with this Cheap Dubizzle AD portal.

My experience with Dubizzle UAE has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I recently posted a "Paid" Ad on their platform, and it turned into a series of bewildering events that left me thoroughly unsatisfied.

To begin with, my Ad was rejected without any clear explanation. I had to make a call to their customer support to understand why this happened. It turned out that there was a minor issue in my Ad's description, a sentence stating "Prices range from AED 100 and over" that apparently violated their policies. After promptly removing this sentence, my Ad was finally approved and went live.

However, the real ordeal began when I attempted to include a list of items with their respective prices in the description box. I called Dubizzle again and spoke with an agent named Mohamed. He assured me that I could keep the list of items but not the individual prices. Following his advice, I edited the Ad, and it went live once more.

To my dismay, the very next day, my Ad was inexplicably deleted again. I called Dubizzle, and to my surprise, I got Mohamed on the line once more. I asked him why my Ad was removed, especially since I had followed his guidance to the letter. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, he simply reiterated that I couldn't have a list of items.

This back-and-forth conversation continued for several minutes, with Mohamed contradicting his previous approval of my Ad. At one point, he even claimed, "you can't have multiple images," which was laughable considering there are countless Ads on Dubizzle featuring multiple images of various items. I pointed out that my Ad was an "Office Clearance Sale," which naturally required multiple images, but he remained adamant.

In frustration, I deleted the description and all but one picture from the Ad. I also added a message in the description that read, "Mohamed from Dubizzle says I can't list the items in the description nor can I have multiple pics." I added another sentence, asking, "Is this OK for you, Mohamed?" as a testament to the exasperating conversation we had.

Some time later, I noticed that my Ad had been reinstated according to my original post. However, my little notes to and about Mohamed had been removed, and the full list of items and all the original pictures were included again. Ironically, they had recategorized it under "Home & Garden items" when it was supposed to be under "Business" originally. This miscategorization contradicts one of the reasons they use to delete Ads, which is utterly perplexing.

What makes this experience even more infuriating is that I had paid for this Ad because we were planning to hold a physical sale on the 20th during the first half of the day. It ended up being a complete waste of money, time, and patience dealing with Dubizzle's inconsistent and illogical policies and customer service.

Abouslety redicouliois service bu Dubizzle. I signed up for Dubizzle pro to sell a car and went conplety quite for a week no contact made and then only after complaining they started contacted and every call notifying a different procedure until at the end they said well sorry we can not post the car because its on a loan and you need to pay off first and further saying that ad fees that were collected in advance are not refundable !!

Nothing was said upfront, you accepted the form that was filled and accepted to collect the fees and at the end you are saying it's not compliant was this said or mentioned upfront, NO.

Seems like some sort another hustle that Dubizzle is trying to pull on customers.

Never again Dubizzle, heading to different available legit platform.

Don't pay any money for adds on dubizzle. They scammed my husband after taking the payment. They didn't publish the add and kept giving useless excuse at each time the add was taken down.
Unacceptable and a good for nothing website.

I placed an advert on Dubizzle and paid premium fees for placing the add on their website but received Zero calls from the ad, it was truly waste of my time and my money too. Dubizzle acknowledged that the add didn't result in any calls but refused to make a refund. Their customer care was unhelpful, they sent me automated copy and paste responses. Will never use Dubizzle again

Dubbizle charged me 103 dhs for posting the car then they didn't list it when I ask them to refund the money they rejected so unprofessional and dishonest.... I file a complaint in the consumer rights

The agent is advertising my property for rent without my permission. I never wanted to deal with such agents

I was in Egypt, and planning to move to UAE. So, I was looking for a house to rent. Dubizzle helped me a lot with their varity of apartments for rent. Most of the ads were legit and I got a good apartment in Ajman.

dubizzle is my go to place for used items. In fact I got the apartment I live in through dubizzle, the used home furnishings through it also. My experience has been smooth with the sellers. Though I prefer to look for C2C for small items. C2C verified are the safest and best value experience. However for the property, I had to go through agent, it was also a fine experience. Now I am looking for a Mazda car on dubizzle, let's see how it goes.

I’ve used dubizzle a lot of times, mostly to sell our used items. Last time I’ve used it was to sell my used monitor. As usual, the process was smooth and easy. We were able to sell the item in no time.
