Job No 221718: Experience of obtaining a quote and organising the survey really straight forward and easy. Once the survey was complete the surveyor called and gave a summary of their findings and was really helpful sharing their thoughts. Report was then delivered quicker than the outlined time frames. Would recommend to anybody thinking about using their services.

Thanks to the surveyor I was able to renegociate the selling price and make some savings because they have highlighted some minors issues and make recommendations so Great Job!👌🏼
After contacting them they book me in very quickly taking into account my mortgage application was successful and I needed the survey done without delay to make a decision whether to go ahead or cancel the buying process
and thanksto them I was able to buy the property.
Also Heyes CS quote was among the cheapest found online so i would simply say great surveyors doing a fantastic Job at a good price. To anyone looking for a surveyor please contact them.

If you are requiring a survey, I would recommend Heyes Chartered Surveyors. It was really easy to arrange a survey and the Heyes staff I spoke to were very helpful. The surveyor was prompt and was available to speak to on the phone, to answer some questions I had after receiving the report.

Speedy and at a great price
I obtained a quote quickly and with no fuss, which was a very competitive rate. The survey was then carried out speedily and the report that came back was very comprehensive and detailed. Overall, very happy with the cost and speed of the overall transaction. Sadly, the report missed off a valuation - hence one star less than top marks. I have also appreciated how communication was handled - other suppliers where I had obtained quotes chased and rang multiple times. quick and well organised
Great customer service, we had urgency and they found a last minute cancellation so the inspection level 2 took place only 4 days (weekend included) after the quote was confirmed. The lovely team answered all questions via email or phone and the report received was very detailed and comprehensive, better than others received in the past from other companies, I would recommend for sure as they are quick and very well organised.

Positive experience with Heyes.
I used Heyes Surveyors for my house purchase which is currently going through. It was easy to book the Survey and I was happy with the amount of time it took to get the report back.
