Timely, helpful and cost effective

Rhys was fantastic, he booked the survey in quickly, delivered the report on time and then spent 40 minutes on the phone with us answering all of our questions. After speaking to him we decided not to continue with the house purchase, and are now offering on a house which will save us a lot of money in the long run. I'm satisfied with the Heyes service…

I'm satisfied with the Heyes service who is the most competitive budget wise. They were really quick to get the survey booked and provide me a detailed investigation report in the end. Value for money!

Awful survey quality and behaviour of…

Awful survey quality and behaviour of the firm just terrible, they wouldn't answer directly any concerns or questions and didn't respond to a formal complaint. They basically fob you off and then do a reinspection to cover themselves from the first bad survey.

Hi Richard we disagree and it appears you haven't written the full story in this review, so we will respond as follows:

Firstly, we agree that the original surveyor didn't provide the quality of service we expect from our surveyors. That particular surveyor has been disciplined as per our own internal process. Secondly, you brought this to our attention so thank you for this.

However, what hasnt been written here is that we sent out another, surveyor. On the back of this second survey (at no cost to you) we understand that you decided not to proceed with the property. We therefore we assume that you were satisfied that the second survey met your requirments.

In respect of your complaint, you harrassed our director for a response to your complaint, yet from the outset we sent you our complaints handling procedure which, I assume you read, indicated a timeframe for us to respond. At the time of writing we are currently in that process of writing a full professional formal response to you.

We do not agree that this is awful behaviour from this firm. In this review you havent mentioned the service we provided in booking your survey in at the beginning of our engagement and these online reviews are about the whole service and not just a cherry picked section of that whole service.

As a professional firm, like all firms or businesses, the opportunity to correct mistakes is expected from the client/customer. We provided a second survey so in that respect we have put right a mistake, of which you appear to have acted on that second survey.

Quick and easy to work with

I contacted Heyes because of their reviews on trust pilot and I can say the service I got from them was really good, the report came in quickly and it was easy to understand. The surveyor was also quite helpful to explain any concerns I had.

Two Thumbs Up

They had good communication, and the survey was clear and easy to read. I was unable to meet anyone since I requested the survey from overseas, but they took care of everything and they gave me no reason to be worried about their service. I'd recommend them.

Excellent service.

I applied for a Grade 3 Building survey. The whole team was very professional. The staff was very friendly and booked a surveyor straight away when the payment was made and the I got a detailed survey report the next day after the survey. Very pleased with the whole team.

Excellent service

Excellent service - was a little sceptical about what the quality would be as they were the most price competitive from my search, but completed the survey within a few days of ordering, with the report available the following week. Very very thorough and detailed analysis. Wholly recommend.

Quick, efficient and excellent survey team!

The company were very efficient and quick with their survey. I am new to this experience and they explained everything very clearly for myself and were quick to respond when they were recommended to us. Very grateful for Junior who did the survey 😊

Naveed conducted a level 3 survey on the home we are buying. Despite him being unwell, Naveed went above and beyond to deliver the report to us on time and did a really thorough job. The surveyor is very professional and helpful

The surveyor is very professional and respond quick.
He called us right after the survey and highlight the main concern to the property, give his judement and advice to us.

We are the first time buyer in the UK. His advice leads us to a clear direction of what we should do.

The report is very detailed.

Overall, the surveyor is highly recommended to others and professional.
