While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more
Company details
Written by the company
Before Durham Pro existed, its founders were the technicians being dispatched into Durham from sixty kilometres west, watching promises break for structural reasons no technician could fix. In 2024 they built the company they wished they had worked for: based in Bowmanville, owner-operated, no call centre, phones answered by people who hold a meter. We repair fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves and ovens across Bowmanville, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax and Pickering: Samsung, LG, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Bosch and most other brands. Technicians are licensed, insured and gas-certified where the job requires it. You get one written price, the diagnostic is free on jobs we complete, and every repair carries a 90-day parts and labour warranty. Because the owners still run the day-to-day, complaints posted here reach them directly, and that is exactly how we want it. Hours: 7 am to 11 pm, every day.
