In 2018 the company started with a toolbox and a short list of things Calgarians kept complaining about: being overcharged, being kept waiting, being talked down to. The business was built as the opposite of that list, and this review page is where we find out, week by week, whether we are keeping it that way. Today the team is 12 technicians covering Calgary seven days a week, 7 am to 11 pm. We repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves and ovens: Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Maytag, GE, Bosch and most other brands, gas and electric. Technicians are licensed, insured and factory-trained, and replacement parts come from the manufacturer, not the discount bin. The visit is simple. You get a two-hour arrival window by text, a call when the technician is minutes away, and one written price before any work starts. The visit and diagnostic are free when you book the repair. About 92 per cent of jobs are finished in that first visit, because the vans carry the parts Calgary machines most often need. Every repair has a 90-day parts and labour warranty. We read every review here and answer the hard ones first.
