Pacific Pro is family-owned, started on Vancouver Island in 2018, and this page is the public half of our bookkeeping. The service itself is deliberately plain. We repair fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves and ovens across Victoria, Saanich and Langford: LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Maytag, Bosch, GE and most other brands, gas and electric. Technicians are licensed, insured and factory-trained. You get one written price after the diagnosis, and the price does not change between the quote and the invoice. The service call and diagnostic are free when you book the repair, and when a machine genuinely is not worth fixing, you hear it from us with the numbers attached, not as a push toward a new purchase. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. We read this page daily; the one-star reviews get our fastest replies, because that is where the work is. Hours: 7 am to 11 pm, seven days a week.
