Honestly, I couldn't be more happy with my experience shopping with duty free Island. For starters, they are the only place in the world that had the watch that I wanted as it is discontinued elsewhere. The price was significantly less than it used to be sold elsewhere. From ordering the watch until it arrived at my home, it took under 2 weeks....more than reasonable for the quality of product, the price of the product and the fact that the watch is coming from Japan. The watch arrived free of damage and it is absolutely gorgeous. I just couldn't be happier with my experience and I'm already looking to purchase again.

Had a very bad experience with the Duty-Free Island team. I had ordered a watch and it was defective so I had sent it back as a return. Although I never received a refund or update or anything. Tried to contact the seller but they were all very dry and not helpful at all. Never received my refund or a replacement or anything. Literally just stole my money.

I highly recommend this company. Took a while to recieve the item due to shipping restrictions from HK to US. However, there's a discrepancy in my watch control number (stamped in the case back) and the supposedly coin that comes with the limited edition since the number doesn't match. But that's OK. I know for sure that this company sells genuine watches.

Made several purchases of watchers for my kids, wife and myself. Each time recieved the right quality product on time. Thx guys
