Bought a watch over a year ago and never got it, when I asked if they could give me information, they asked me to ask the carrier, so that they could do something about it, I wrote the carrier, they couldn’t do anything because of the type of shipment and wrote back to be told that I should ask the carrier again for information. I think I was patient enough, please don’t throw your money away
