Awful Customer Experience
I would give them 0 star if trustpilot had the option.
I ordered a watch the 31st of december and paid the fast shipping option which is supposed to arrive in 6-10 days...until now, I don't have the information of the location of the package and they just answer me with the same message: "We just contacted the courier we will let you know once...bla bla bla"
I don't think that the delays are caused by the pandemic, because I've bought other things from the same region 1-2 weeks later and they have all arrived.
The conclusion is that I will never buy here again and I don't recommend it, now I'm wainting for my refund, let's hope is not the same experience as buying something from them

I got it after a long wait.
The delivery took two months because of the corona.
However, the product arrived well without any problems and the packaging was also good. Above all, it was good to buy at a low price, and during the two months of delay, the customer service was pretty good. I'll buy it again next time.

Awful experience
Awful experience! Do not trust them. They provided immediately with a Parcelforce tracking number that has never worked. After more than 40 days I had to escalate the issue on PayPal. On PayPal they provided an email address, for orders updates and refunds, that doesn't work (I cannot post it here as it is not allowed). Fortunately, after PayPal was continuously postponing the case resolution deadline, I threatened them to bring the screenshots to social media channels and PayPal closed the case immediately. It is better if you spend extra £20/30 but you surely get the watch from a reputable dealer. Good luck!

Dear Sir, Please note that ALL items are brand new, we do not sell used items on our website. Items are shipped as we have received them. Also as indicated on our website - "Since we source our watches globally, we might be providing you with a different watch box from your local retail store,"
This includes packaging and protective film. Most retail stores, distributor, suppliers, merchandisers, etc will normally add these on to the item, which often results in a more expensive item.
Does the band show signs of wear when you received it? Kindly please send us photos.

a week plus. most of all, duty free. Only sad back is no original box that came
